The Hina Palace Apartment It's near to City center and within reach of Clifton right in the foot access of Old Clifton Bridge it's location Access Frare Hall Karachi a historical site and park for children Play as well Great place to be there.

The worst place to live here and there is not a single shop nearby to buy something such as snacks,grocerry etc in order to it there is problem of water and gas.
No maintenance, front elevation is giving very ugly look due to wear and tear and no painting of outer walls. It's 4 storey building but no lift is available and stairs are broken / dirty

It's an old construction, however, a very peaceful place for families to live. There are two-bed and three-bed apartments whose size is relatively small compared to other constructions in the area. Car parking is available within the premises and at the building front on first come first serve basis. There's no problem of water availability and loadshedding. The location is very ideal, being in the center of city which is accessible from all sides. Also, the place is near to main road, yet it is at safe distance from the hustle bustle.
There's a mosque inside the building where five times prayers are offered in congregation. The building house many different communities who practice their own faiths and live in harmony.
There is no nearby market or shop, however you can order necessities from shops in vicinity who provide free delivery.

Infrastructure is ok but Union and environment is the best compared to other appartments in the area ... So if looking to buy a property here don't think of paying a little more ... PS I loved here for more than a decade but shifted ...

An apartment building in the heart of city with parking in and outside the building. Water is from well. Sweet water is also available but can be filled by pails.
Its a quiet and good place to live its so secure it has its own parking security guard main entrance....
this is quiet a save place in terms of living.. have its on personal parking.,vegetable n fruit hawkers me in.. I love this place
