Nice condo, building and amenities and good location opposite Abreeza Mall but a lot of construction going on around the area.

It’s okay The buildings Tower 1 and 2 are mostly short term accommodation There is parking onsite if you require Easy to get taxis or Grab ride Close to Abreeza Mall which has everything you need I’ve stayed here 3 times but I’ve noticed that the building and condos need some TLC
The only thing I like about the Abreeza area is the how close it is to the mall
Aeon Towers is high end accommodation and Inspiria is same as here

Normalerweise wollten wir 1 Monat hier verbringen, leider mussten wir feststellen das Appartement und das Gelände nicht richtig gepflegt wird. Im Apartment viel Staub, tote Mottenlarven an den Wänden, Wasserhahn ist defekt,... Die Anforderungen des Aufzugs ist defekt wir waren im 3. Stock. Das Clubhaus wird auch nicht gepflegt, der Fitnessraum ist heruntergekommen die restlichen Räume waren verschlossen.

Die Guards sind sehr unfreundlich, hatte den Eindruck das die Gleichgültigkeit sich wie ein roter Faden durch den ganzen Bereich bis ins Management zieht.

Nach 2 Nächte sind wir dann in großer Enttäuschung umgezogen.

Positiv ist der Poolbereich herausgestochen
der Pool war super, die Dame war sehr freundlich und hat sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet.

The place is good who wants to live in the heart of Davao City. It also nice for quick staycation. It has a good panoramic view of the skyline of davao city. It also has swimming pool with the view of abreeza mall

Rented a studio unit here for a couple of weeks. The rent was cheap compared to a hotel, it's equipped with basic stuff for cooking so it was nice. It's located near abreeza mall so you can just walk there to buy stuff that you need. The guards were always friendly and helpul

The place looks elegant and the Staff was friendly. But the condo rooms was dirty and disgusting. Full of ants and cockroaches.

The place is clean and staff are nice. The problem is all the guard's. The policy here is rediculous! You can't order food into your room or even to the lobby. The guards stop everyone from entering. They even stop guests and question them who they are seeing and why. Its am invasion of privacy! Guests should be able to enter no questions asked just like the rest of the world. Simply buzz the room theu visting and enter.

Place is ok, very clean indeed (lobby and entrance) and secured with guards.

However, would not recommend Airbnb units under ECS. Very hard to communicate. Lack of information provided.

Management tells different rules from what the host told us prior arrival. We had to wait outside, in the guard house at 12nn because we cannot contact host. We were only asking to wait at least in the lobby. Guards are friendly tho and eventually let us in the lobby after 30mins outside.

Afterwards, unit caretaker then tells us we need to pay early check-in fee of P150 per hour. Host agreed we can check-in early since we will also check-out early (12-14hrs stay only-transit). But then, we need to pay an additional as per the caretaker. So much hassle. We don’t know who’s who.

Book your accommodation with another Airbnb host. Will save you from all the hassle.

very nice location, the Guards and staff are really kind, the lobby is wide and really nice. the place is well maintained. the facility has a pay parking policy on a daily basis. they have a pool and gym. elevators are fast and not crowded.
