We rented a unit here. Conveniently located near the mall, restaurants, and local eateries. However the walls of the condos are thin. You can hear the noise from the traffic, your neighbor, etc.

We have staying for the last month for holidays and using the location as our base for travelling into other areas of Mindanao. Our experience with this condo unit has been exceptional. Short walking distance (about 7 mins) to SM City Ecoland shopping mall. Plenty of decent cafes and restaurants in the area. I nice pool that we got plenty of use of. Arcadia fitness gym and banquet facilities across the street. Friendly and profess security personnel. Overall great place for a safe, relaxing stay in Davao
I remember only Magallanes in Summerland dumoy and in near bangkeruhan public market.
The place is clean and the guards were friendly. Safe parking space (area). A beautiful condo to stay in because it's near SM. Overall, the place is very accessible. 👍🏽
We luckily got an affordable but nice 3 BR unit. The agent and owner were very accommodating. The whole place is clean and well maintained.
The unit I rented was good, it was clean enough. With the facility overall, it seems like they don't do a very good cleaning. I noticed that the pool area doesn't have trash bins, so people tend to just leave their trash by the pool. But I like that there are a lot of shades because of all the trees around the complex.

Great location. Pool is okay but hopefully they open the gym inside the complex soon.

Beautiful condo! We didn’t meet any cockroach. Very clean and nice pool. And the all territory is regularly cleaned. Good place for evening walks. Very quiet, green. We love it. SM Ecoland, Arcadia fitness club, cafes near.

View from the 18th floor. Mesatierra is a beautiful condo. Near all necessary amenities, mall, hospital, university, grocery, pharmacies, laundry, water, etc. It's new and servicing is very good.
Great place to stay. Very peaceful and safe. It's near at mall (SM CITY OF DAVAO) you can just walk and also across the street is ARCADIA SPORTS CENTER.

Rented a condo for the better part of a week. Brand new building. You could hear people talking on the street from the 16th floor. One of the large windows leaked during a heavy storm.
Had earthquake on first day here on 10th floor not fun
Rooms are great, the pool is clean, the view is fantastic.. you can see from our room the loving samal island.
Good place to stay and to have wedding pre debut photoshoot. 💯

This place is really nice and clean. The swimming pool is perfect! Also this place is very convenient to people’s park, bankerohan market, San Pedro and all these cool place in Davao!
This is an exceptional place to live, whether it’s just for a few days or a few years. Built by one of the most trusted builders in the Philippines and these buildings have survived the earthquakes of 2019 and have not been closed like the other condos out there. The staff are among the best I’ve seen, really friends and helpful. Water cans, gas, everything comes straight to home once your out which makes it really convenient. They’ve got a swimming pool, a coffee bar, a conference room, a gym and a party area so yes it’s packed and not to mention the kids playground. It’s a really quite, green and peaceful environment compared to the bustle and hustle of San pandro. The other great thing is you are close to bankeroan, gmall, city hall and the center of all Jeepney routes. The community in the residencies is global, you will people from all over the world. I’ve lived her for 5 months so far and have not experienced any issues. Would totally recommend it.

We're staying here for 4 nights through an Airbnb. Place is very clean, and good location.
Walking distance going to bir regional office davao city, almost infront of philhealth office davao city
In a calm, secure area only 1 min walk from mall with restaurants and shops. Impressive lobby with welcoming professional staff and security. Relaxing music playing throughout hallways. Best part is the 25m pool and garden on 5th floor.

Strategic location
Near BIR and Philhealth
A very nice secured place. The security guards are friendly too... They have wheelchair accessible areas and parking here too. The good thing here is that the place is always maintained. The view from our balcony is so beautiful especially the sunset.
