Excellent property management and leasing service at a very well built and well maintained property! I can highly recommend gateway at Park Royal to anyone. The property manager, leasing representatives and cleaning team are all exceedingly professional, helpful and friendly. Response time to any inquiry is very fast and anything needed is taken care of right away.
A wonderful place to live and can only highly recommend. Very safe, secure, incredibly well built and very well maintained. Everyone with gateway is friendly and professional and always there to help with anything. Inquiries are responded to quickly and dealt with in a timely manner.
A word of caution to anyone considering this property.
The location, layout and styling are very nice however things are not as you would expect after that.
The biggest concern is that response times are quite ridiculous from management (Debbie) for repairs and concerns. She manages multiple properties and may be quite overwhelmed however this no excuse for delayed or not responding to complaints.
The quality of the build is sub par. Floors, countertops and walls easily scratched.
Parking costs for residential and visitors is horrendous.
The storage areas are prone to flooding.
It's strongly advised to reach out to current tenants and search reviews of the properties under this management to get a clear picture before considering this property.
Overpriced and undermanaged
"UPDATE" now there are Air B&B suites in the building.
Love living at Park Royal! Having the mall with the Cineplex cinema, shops and all the great restaurants is great. The Property Manager Debbie has always been helpful in any dealings with her.
Debbie is the first person I met there and she couldn't have made my stay more comfortable. I moved in, in February. As the first time living on my own, sometimes I'd message Debbie at 10 or 11pm in regarding an issue and she'd always surprise me and message me back in minutes. She is very detail oriented, made sure important papers are filled out correctly the first time around. She also set me up with my PWD.
We have already lived here for over a year. This residence condo is close to a large shopping mall in the excellent West Vancouver school district, providing outstanding educational conditions for children. I am also satisfied with the pet-friendly policy. I especially admire Debbie and Kaley. They are truly beautiful people, have excellent problem-solving skills, always have a warm heart, and get things done quickly to help tenants. Unlike my previous condo, I feel comfortable and respected here. Our family feels lucky to be able to move into this lovely building. The only thing they could improve is that although we pay a high parking fee, we have to pay an extra $50 to reserve a spot, or else we might have to wander around looking for a parking spot. If only that is solved, it can become the best condo in Vancouver. I have always been proud of our condo and recommend it to many friends. Thank you, Gateway Residences. Thank you, lovely ladies team..♡♡♡
Debbie is one of the best property manager I ever had, she is pretty strict sometimes but she is sweet lady! She deserves all the best to come. Also Kaley and Khanak both are amazing.
I love living at the Gateway Residences at Park Royal. The location is convenient for a number of shopping venues, the movie theatre, beaches, parks and the buses to North Van or into the city. My west-facing suite is outfitted with all of the latest appliance models and has gorgeous views of both the water and the mountains.
Both Debbie and Kaley are personable, knowledgeable, approachable, and respond to requests / questions quickly. Debbie’s emails / instructions to tenants are courteous and clearly written.
My only issue living here is the fact that visitors are charged for parking underneath the building. It is very unwelcoming to friends and family. Please make that go away.
