I really enjoyed my stay at Cabarete Palm Beach Condos. The employees from the office, housekeeping, maintenance and security were all very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, it’s on the beach and right near 15-20 restaurants that are also on the beach. My room was nice, clean and cool and I had no problems with WiFi.
I will definitely be staying here again!!

Of course every condo is different but we really enjoyed the layout and location of this complex. Would stay again.

Best place in Caberete Bay. Super view on the bay, restaurants and kite club 20m on the left side and lots of restaurants on the right side of the beach.

What a beautiful condo, grounds and beach area. We loved being able to go out onto our balcony, sit and listen to the ocean while enjoying the view. The staff was kind and helpful. The condo we stayed in was 2 bed 2 bath, with a kitchen. It was perfect for our family.
The nearby restaurants were great! Walking distance to just about everything. The area in general is pretty loud with motos, but the condos are off the main road and we didn’t hear hardly anything. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed in unit 105 and it was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped including an air fryer. Complimentary fruit and beverages was a nice surprise. Property was wonderfully maintained and great location near all of the beach bars. Staff spoke excellent English and was extremely pleasant and helpful.Their website has blogs with all kinds of good information. Highly recommend. Loved Cabarete!

We stayed for a week in unit 104 and it couldn't have been better. It was our first time staying here after seeing it on past trips. The condo was comfortable, quiet, well-appointed and with great views. The grounds are beautiful with a small private pool and plenty of seating. They also offer plenty of beach chairs (which other condos do not.) They also provide drinking water for your entire stay. It is one of the most conveniently located condos for dining options with restaurants just steps away.

The best place to stay for kiting in Cabarete. So close to the best restaurants and lovely people working there. Cleaning every day, lovely rooms, small but nice pool, and beautiful surroundings and they made our honeymoon extra special!

Nice rooms, good security, great location for getting to beaches and shops

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Great security working the front and beach entrances. The grounds are kept clean. Only bummer was, you have to go to your own pool and can't go to the one w the beach view.

We stayed in a studio apartment above reception, and loved waking up in the mornings, drinking tea, and looking out at the ocean. Our kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. They have a BBQ near the pool, and lots of restaurants nearby on the beach for dinner and sunsets. Supermarket Janet is just a 10 minute walk away. The pool and beach area are well maintained, and basically paradise! Our room and the condo grounds are clean, and welcoming. And the staff;...ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

A decent condo facility with mostly Canadians and Americans. Not all condos are created equally and this is true of Cabarete East. There are issues with several of the rental units. Martini's is a great place to dine or hang out by the pool. Friendly community atmosphere. We saw Humpback wales from the shore here on 2023-02-14.

We booked our stay at Cabarete Palm Beach Condos in October for the first part of November but because of the forecast for light wind in Cabarete and later a hurricane alert from the airline affecting our connecting flight through Miami International Airport, we adjusted our stay a couple of times, but the staff was very good about rearranging our reservation and room for the dates we finally decided on.
We arrived and were escorted to our unit which was a two bedroom and two bath Penthouse condo. The unit also had a full kitchen, living area and a large deck area to overlook the grounds, beach and ocean. Each room except for the bathroom had an air conditioner and ceiling fan. The front doors slid open to walk out on the deck area where we spent most mornings and evenings enjoying the view.
We had a 5-gallon top loading bottled water cooler and heater for drinking and making coffee. The room was cleaned daily and had very reliable internet service along with toll free telephone service to the states.
There are several nice restaurants along the beach, but our favorites were very close. Janet’s grocery store is a short walk down the beach to an access drive which we chose over the route of walking along the street in traffic. Speaking of traffic, the street can be very noisy with all of the motor bikes but in our room during the evening, it was very quiet. The street is located on the other side of the building behind the condos, so it helps to cut much of the traffic noise.
The swimming pool area is very nice with a gas grill available for cooking which we did not use. We would enjoy both the grass area around the pool as well as the finely maintained beach with each having plenty of lawn chairs to use.
Cabarete Palm Beach Condos were recommended by a person I was in contact with for wind sports in Cabarete and I thanked him several times during the week for his recommendation. It will be our first choice for lodging when we return again thanks to the helpful and friendly staff and the comfortable accommodations.

One of the classiest places in the area. Modern. Immaculate grounds. Good security. Beach access. Each building group has it's own pool. Mixture of owned condos that are renred out by various methods, but agency in front street building does most.

This place is a real gem. The manager and owners are engaged. Their effort to make the place clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone shows in all they do. The umbrellas are opened, the chairs sprayed clean and positioned for the best lounging angle.

No bugs.. no noise.. no hassle. I can't imagine us staying anywhere else when we visit the area.

The place is very cozy, very close to the beach, there's a pharmacy outside if needed which is convenient, and the main entrance is located in a street where you can get to a gas station, supermarket, etc.

The apartments are big, secure, with a nice pool. Had a wonderful experience being there.

Good price. Nice pool. 3rd floor with no elevator. A/c went out in one room but was fixed quickly. Furniture not comfortable. Seat to deep with no back.

Excellent! Beautiful place, very safe, clean and organized. The administrator, Mr. Alberto, pass to you confidence and security from the moment you arrives. The whole team is very attentive and friendly.
If you want to rest with your family, this place is highly recommended!!
