I accidentally parked in the sandlot parking of this building for a period of 45 minutes today at around 3:30 PM, not knowing that it was designated for residents only. (The barriers were up when I arrived, I didn’t see the sign, and no one told me I couldn’t park there). When I came to leave I was aggressively harassed and yelled at by the security guard, who refused to open the barriers for me, and forced me to get out of the car and open the gate myself at nine months pregnant. I apologised to the guard and told him I had parked there mistakenly as it was my first time in the area but he continued to bark and yell at me relentlessly. It was an awful experience and I hope that management sees to ensuring their staff are decent with tenants and visitors. The guard’s behaviour and tone was unacceptable.
I completed 1 year in this building, and it has positive sides which are: the quiet location, always clean, availability of service when needed & quality of fit-outs.
However, there are other negative sides which are very uncomfortable especially to Emiratis/Arabs:
1. No available parking for visitors & they have to park outside.
2. Cleaners avoid to help even if you needed the most, unless you ask the security/receptionist to send them.
3. Not a long-term plan; they keep calling tenants as “potential buyers” are supposed to view the apartment and your stay duration is depending on this new buyer decision; that’s not good at all. So if you are planning to stay for a long period, DON’T CHOOSE THIS PLACE.
However, there are other negative sides which are very uncomfortable especially to Emiratis/Arabs:

During a recent visit from a friend, I encountered some issues at Azure Apartments. The parking situation was quite problematic, with limited spaces available for visitors, making it inconvenient for guests to find a spot. In addition, there was excessive noise from neighboring apartments, which disrupted the overall peaceful environment. While the location and facilities are generally good, these issues impacted our experience. I hope management can address these concerns to ensure a more comfortable stay for both residents and visitors.

It was really pleasant stay in Limra Complex....Mainly staff behavior and property routine maintenance and cleaning etc is appreciable.
The worst place to stay, Managment keep pushing on us, keep pushing and pushing about parkings. and making our life miserable. Although parkings are free, or wherever security calling us, we would remove the car. Seems they want us to leave as soon as possible, so they can rent it out on a higher price 🤷♀️ although they increased the rent for 5% and we agreed on this. But the thing is soon construction of a new building starts next to azure, and after this pressure I don’t know who gonna stay here. I never saw any Managment treating tenants like this. They made a parking outside, but to enter there your name have to be in the list, in order to get your name in the list, you have to send email to the Managment, email sent, but Managment ignoring this email, replying to all other emails tho. I have no idea how you can save good relationship with Managment, this is night mare. I’m Very upset, instead of making our life comfortable and smooth, they just forcing us to leave. Attached picture to see how many empty spaces they got and they don’t want to give to tenants,instead they are calling to police and making fines…. I’m just shocked!
Having resided in this tower for nearly 19 months, I must say it's been an unparalleled experience. The property and facility management deserve a solid 10/10 – a single email resolves any issue, from pool temperature to booking the multi-purpose room accommodating large gatherings effortlessly. The apartment's finishing and humidity control are flawless. The air conditioning system is remarkably efficient, maintaining the desired temperature seamlessly. Moreover, the community is peaceful, and neighbors are respectful. Lastly, kudos to the dedicated team, including security and cleaning staff, who are always courteous and attentive to residents' needs.

I have been a tenant for quite a time, the management team are professional, easy to speak with, understanding and polite. Neighbors in general are very good. Overall the apartment is very nice with nice finishings, maintenance is outstanding. Well done and thank you!
Noon building many noon drivers it’s the distribution center parking is full with noon walkers they sleep and eat on the walkways many many mounting humps destroy my car management company as to my experience was not up to the level one of my worst experiences ever maybe my fault !!! Humidity issue is killing us in the rooms even they announce on the elevators many notices how to save this issue also elevator not working and another one working with access control for their staff not for residents see photos so one elevator is out of service usually and the other with access control restrictions is everywhere no sound proof you can hear your neighbor talking , high chances that your kid can’t walk due to less walkways full with services and dangerous mechanical part and electric cables see attached also cracks and bad workmanship see this photos also huge sound from the pal cooling plant inside your bedroom

Po opłaceniu bezzwrotnej rezerwacji na booking, gospodarz wysłał mi wiadomość o odwołaniu noclegu z powodu remontu. Nie anulował jednak rezerwacji, tylko chciał, żebym ja to zrobiła mimo, że była ona bezzwrotna. Dopiero po interwencji bookingu udało się odzyskać pieniądze. Uwaga, to oszuści!
Since we moved in to Nation we didn’t miss any fireworks, amazing location, easy access to corniche through building subway. Highly Recommended

Nice single bedroom apartments for a small family with a large living room; however the bedroom is not big enough. Still recommend as a nice 1bhk in the city centre!

Last night I encountered a horrific and unethical treatment from the security of the gates due to lost parking ticket. They kept myself and my wife in the parking for 2 hours and they have offended us by abusive words till we got the police.
The most attractive building
My experience of moving was good. But now I have to change my rating to 1. First of the reasons, health and Safety, workers leave their items in open space next to kids area. Plus, these workers choose the wrong timing to do drilling. They skip the whole morning and they start drilling in the afternoon when my baby is sleeping. With all these bad experiences, the management is still increasing the rent.

Avoid at all costs. It is managed and owned by unprofessional people; they don’t have a little bit of respect; they care about nothing but unprofessionalism; this is what they are good at.

The terms of the contract you sign with them are different from the terms of the green contract, so be careful - only the green contract is enforceable. Don't let them mislead you with this.
Edit to my post following "owner" response:
- First if I could put a zero star rating I would.
- Second, make sure you read the reviews correctly, nobody said it was early termination or that it was illegal. What is said is that future and current tenants (although they already heard of this) need to know the way the "owner" treats the tenants. It is about decency.
- Everybody knows who the owner is, the fact that it is set up as an LLC makes no difference. Maybe put up a sign saying "beware staff have priority here and we will not renew your contract if an "employee" wants to move in"
- According to other tenants, the management and "policing" here is making several tenants annoyed.

Now i find out he is actually leasing it to an employee of his. Apparently in Abu Dhabi you can do this.. 2 months notice for no reason.

Apartments are somewhat spacious and with good kitchen area arrangements, but the area where towers are placed is very badly designed. It really took me a great deal of time to enter the "marina square" from the main street, and god forbid you miss the right turn, otherwise you'll have to round the whole thing again and again

Residence tower doesn’t have dedicated gym and pool. Residents have to go to commercial tower facilities which is also shared with other hotel guests.
Some apartment doesn’t have dedicated AC control for each bedroom i.e two bedrooms have shared single AC control and thats very annoying sometimes.

This location is amazing. The apartments have a nice layout and great view. The maintenance staff is great. Closed Kitchen and balcony are a plus. Management is ok. Fire alarm goes off often. Fewer facilities. Small gym and pool is not always clean.
