very disappointed to live here, they don't do the services on time, you pay $800 in condo fee and if something is damaged they charge you extra and it doesn't even cover it, the cameras almost none of them work, they crashed a neighbor's car, they looked for the cameras and there weren't any enough cameras, the balconies are disorganized and dirty and they do nothing, people throw away the trash or furniture 🪑 and they send fines to the violators because the cameras do not work, this is getting worse every day, the neighbors said that 7 years ago it was worth penalty shakes no and certified it.

I am a condo owner and I live here, and I am so glad that, after a couple of years of renting, I had the opportunity to purchased my unit! Grosvenor Condos (there are three) are well-maintained, with pristine grounds that are actually connected parks, little lagoons and lakes, recreation areas, swimming pools and tennis courts for the use of the condo owners. Smoking is prohibited on the grounds, and so is littering and dog pooping. There are a number of trails that meander and surround the properties. The condos are near Rockville Pike, and two major highways that connect with other Maryland communities, DC and Northern Virginia. One of the best features is that the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Station is steps away from the properties!

Over 30 years this place has went down the drain. Every few years management changes and nothing is ever done. The management office is subcontracted and are extremely unprofessional. 1 month ago we had a huge storm come by and knock down several pine trees. A tree knocked a section of railing off the bridge and loosened up the cables lines hanging across parking lot. Gave them almost 2 months to take action. Yet all they have done is get 3 estimates and stall. Had to go into office myself to at least put caution tape up. HVAC unit has been leaking into several floors for years yet they don’t want to replace unit. Please save your mental and your money do not live here. Not worth it.

Gracious staff. Karen, the building manager is excellent at what she does. She is kind, a great listener and problem solver. The building is clean and well maintained. The are ADA compliant which has been an important issue for me .
Has a large laundry room, decent swimming pool although there are parents that do not supervise their children.
In my book this building deserves 5 stars. .

Why are there so many residents that take their dogs offleash here? Why does management ignore the problem?

Absolutely incredible office, front desk, and maintenance staff. Some of the kindest people I’ve ever met that will go above and beyond to help you. I love this building.

If you want to live by a bunch of jagoffs that refuse to leash their dogs, this is the place for you. Management does nothing about it. They have a dog park nobody uses.

My 21 year old daughter loves it here. It’s nice and safe.

Great location to live at--literally right across the tunnel from Grosvenor Station. Balcony sports a scenic view of the water and greenery. New Verizon FiOs provider provides very fast internet/TV (>300Mbps).

Concierge is incredibly rude I would hate to live here and deal with someone like that.

This is the most poorly managed property I have ever resided in. It has the potential to be a wonderful community, however there is NO follow through on the part of the management when it comes to issues related to quality of life. They simply have no ability to negotiate conflict between tenants so they completely ignore it. I am moving out asap. Do not buy a place here if you want to live in peace.

I moved in 1.5 years ago. The management is pretty poor. I rented from another community managed by abarris (Sumner court Condominums). Same issue. A few weeks after moving in, I noticed mice. I asked the landlord before moving in if there were any pest. She wasn't truthful. 1.5 years later I'm still dealing with mice. I've lost furniture and clothing because of the infestation. Hughes(manager) lies a lot to cover himself. Make sure you get everything in email from him. I've had to install a camera, due to maintenence entering my unit unannounced. If you are looking for a quiet safe place, look elsewhere. There are about 8 cars on the property that have loud exhaust and rev them at all hours of the night. Management does nothing. There has been car break ins, robberies, and attacks on residents. There are now police parked in the back of the community. It changed nothing. There are one set of washer and dryers in each building at $1.50/ load. You'll have to run it twice to get your clothing cleaned. The A/C and heat constantly are shut off . They allow tenants to leave trash in front of building.They dug up the grounds in front of the buildings leaving a huge hole across three buildings, for several months. This only makes the pest issue worse. If you wait a few minutes, youll see mice run up the sides of the building There is dog feceses all over the grounds and sometimes on the sidewalk. The buildings aren't maintained well.A lot of owners sell their units because they can't keep tenants (Ive watched them complain in the community meetings.) I noticed the reviews left were from owners trying to save face for the community. This is my second review. It seems the first one disappeared.

Recently moved in here and it's at a great location but not the expensive prices of other high rises. Well maintained area and there are always cleaning crew constantly cleaning the area. Lots of parking spaces and the unit is very large for this expensive area. Although building is older but my unit is newly renovated so no problem for me and my husband.

Staff is amazing! Each one has a specialty that makes you feel welcomed home. Duane and Michelle are incredible. They always listen to your concerns and are on top of their game. Laundry facilities do not operate and have not operated for months. Management refuses to address the issue.

The apartments are ok, but are quite old. It's not so expensive, but one have to get in mind that the will always be something not working so well, like elevators or the old dish washer, the pipes...

I've lived in Bethesda Park for about 2 years now. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first based on other's reviews but I'm glad I made the decision to settle in. I very much enjoy the diversity that you find here and the location is great. Everything feels convenient and the school district is phenomenal. It is an older condominium but the property is constantly being looked at and the association is very financially stable. There are plans laid out for the improvements that will be made over the next few years. Parking is pretty easy to find, especially on Crossfield court and there’s a decent amount of visitor parking. Make sure that visitors are parked in visitor parking when late in the evening. There’s a daily patrol throughout the night and the property has to dog bag stations throughout the community. The units are on a 2 pipe system for HVAC which means that during season transitions it may be a little off but I find that if people mention it as a concern then it will be discussed and address appropriately. I truly believe a community is really based on the people in it and I feel there’s a lot of great people here at Bethesda Park.

Great Condo. Aging yes, but extremely well maintained. Management staff is great well organized and extremely responsive. Great community with a great social calendar and community events. Amazing amenities including, a nice gym, pool, rooftop party room, library/party space, and a nice laundry room. All the units are very spacious. HOA's are a bit high but all utilities are included internet, TV, Electric, Gas, and water.The community market is AMAZING with so much local produce and vendors. Can't say enough great things about this complex. You really can't beat the metro access. Also, Strathmore Music hall is across the street great for summer concerts and movies. The location and convenience is just great. I really could keep going on.

Great place to live. Walking distance to Gros metro. Close to 495, 270, 355 and Old Georgetown Road. Great pool, sports court, huge exercise room, resident lounge, business center. 24/7 concierge & pet friendly with a pet park!!

Been living here for about two months now. Really love the area. Parking is never a problem, the people seem nice and my one bedroom apartment has no pest problems like the rest of the people claim (I am on the first/second floor, not the ground floor though). I keep my things clean and have not had a problem at all with pests!

It's an ok complex. The little local market is really nice considering its so small. It's an older building with an aging population but it's well maintained. The whole grosvenor complex has great access to the metro. I really can't say enough positive things about the little local market. There's also a larger Harris teeter and whole foods within a few minutes drive. All around a decent building that is located near some nice amenities.

Wide variety of musical arts

It's not too bad here, but I think it really depends on your neighbors within the building you share. My neighbors are all friendly and quiet so that's great. Parking here isn't friendly for visitors. There are only a finite number of spots, and cars are towed quickly. My friend's car was broken into here during the day...but I've never had any problems with theft.

All in all it's an ok place. 4/7.

great condo close to metro

Nice and reasonably priced apartment complex within walking distance to Grosvenor metro in a park setting with access to pool and tennis courts. Our unit had a beautiful view of the lake and expansive green lawn. Lots of young families, some with kids, for whom there are two playgrounds in the park. Condo fee covers all utilities, parking, and FiOS internet (which is very fast). Plenty of parking. The only drawback is that the association does not allow laundry machines inside the units, so we were forced to use a common laundry room in the basement.

This condo complex could be very nice but some of the board members and the office manager makes it very hard to live comfortably. The association rules were written in 1980 and they say things like no ball playing in the yard and no sun bathing. The rules are enforced for some and not for others. Some of the people who elect themselves every year to the board are very old and don't want young families around. They don't even live here but they own units and feel it's ok to control the environment. So if you are old and single and don't plan to leave your unit ever this is the place for you. There is a reason these units go down in value instead of up like everywhere else around here. It's sad. Maybe buy or rent in 10 years when the old guard has moved on.

A pretty good condo/appt complex with pools and tennis courts. Although Rockville pike is right near by, it stays pretty quiet. Very close to the metro, biking trails nearby, and a grocery store (Grovesnor Market) within walking distance for those times you don't feel like driving. UPDATE: The cable and internet provider (MDU communication) is horrible. Bad customer service and very slow internet speeds. And they don't allow you to get another provider.
