Nygeria was really good. This was my first time at EWC. Nygeria was really calm and made this a pain free process. Absolutely loved the service.

Great location with BJs and Shoprite very close for grocery needs. Newport mall is at a 10min walk. All 3 PATH stations - Newport, Exchange Place and Grove St are at a 10-12min walk. There’s a new Whole Foods that’s opening soon at a 10min walk. Lot of nice restaurants and coffee places nearby. Very convenient location. Not a fancy building but it has all the amenities like gym, lounge area, concierge, security, parking, outdoor bbq station, etc. Definitely recommended!!

One resident said delivery people in the building made them feel unsafe and now the building does not allow deliveries up to the apartments. If you order a food delivery, you need to go downstairs to get it. Very inconvenient. If this policy changes then I will remove this review as it would no longer apply.

34 floors. Friendly staff who are happy to help. No pool but a nice gym. Lots of public outdoor space on the 7th floor. Beautiful views of the city from the East side of the building

Great views and feel as observed in the community especially during fall and spring. Nicely maintained and a great place to live on the hackensack waterfront in jersey city.

The bald doorman is very rude. We reported him to the management multiple times, but he’s still here.

Nice apartments

We rent our unit, but we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have the best views of NYC from financial district up to times square, the apartments are quiet, meaning you don't hear your neighbors. I love our huge kitchen island and hardwood floors throughout. The parking garage is super safe, the building is about 10-12 minutes walking distance to all three path stations. The maintenance crew is always prompt, and the front desk crew is great if you put in the effort to get to know them. Lots of families and people with dogs in this building. Have gotten a lot of use out of the gym!

Very nice people very conscientious in the office. As far as dealing with management type people in a real estate rental setting these people were excellent

One of the best condominium communities in Jersey City

Nice modern condos. Decent gym for a condo building. Rooftop on the 7th floor is decent but facing west so no view of the NYC skyline. No pool, which is disappointing for a pricey luxury condo building. Extremely friendly and helpful concierge staff, though. Overall, a very nice place to live.

Very clean and the area feels secure. It's also pretty quiet for a building that's located at the heart of the city.

Surprising to see anyone say that it is professionally managed. Management doesn't ever answer the phone. Doesn't do snow removal at anywhere close to promptly. I've lived here a year and a half and they can't even seem to get me an ID. Incompetent at best. I actually wonder what they are doing with the dues...seems like some misappropriation is going on.
