Lived here for 2 years. I loved this place. It’s located in soi Sukhumvit 77 which is 800m walk from BTS. But very convenient Surround with shops and stalls. Also opposite Big C supermarket plus have big 7/11 inside the property. Plus Habito community mall at the back such a great area to live. Apartment is clean and well managed by Sansiri development. Beautiful swimming pools and gym on 7floor.

Condo layouts are not very good, especially the kitchen not even amenable to a renovation I don't think. The building and facilities are a little drab and bleak.

Security guards on night shifts are indeed very rude. I visited the building to view their rental units by car, I couldn’t understand their lousy and unclear instructions in Thai and made a wrong turn. The reaction and attitude they gave me were egregiously disgusting, so much so I didn’t feel like renting anything there. The building itself, however, is very nice and the rooms are very nice.

Nice Condo, but bad building materials. The condo itself is real nice and has a nice gym. It's also in a great location. Only 15min walk to Terminal 21 and only 20min walk to Soi 11. There's also lots of bars/restaurants within a 25min walking distance. However, this condo itself has bad building materials. It's advertised as "Luxury" but it's too noisy for how it's being advertised. Everyone lets their unit door slam, instead of closing it by hand. This causes a loud echo noise in hallway. I can hear the unit beside me closing cabinets, dragging chairs, and doing other random stuff. I'm constantly hearing the unit above me walking around like they have elephant feet or digging their heel into the floor with each step. I can also hear them dragging their chair across the floor. I can tell when they get up, leave for the day, and get back. Additionally, when the unit above me runs the water in the bathroom, the water heater makes loud cracking/popping noises. I hear it all. This is not me being nit picky. I've stayed in "non-luxury" condos and could never hear the units above or beside me. Overall, nice condo. However, as far as not being able to hear other units, I don't recommend staying here. Some are some things to inquire about before renting or buying a unit:

Had a condo here shortly after development. Places change but was in a good convenient location and nice build. Didn’t like the under cover pool which I assume hasn’t changed.
The most hapiest time in my life in bangkok specialy it was near at the GMM tower.

Condo is clean and well maintained, tucked away in a side soi from the hustle of asok. The security and other staff are very friendly and helpful. Juristic office manager speaks good english.
Nice and good rooms. Worthy for the money. But needs to be careful with the landlords who might charge you extra on bills...

Well kept property, every inch spotless at all time. Everything you need facilities and the location is perfection. Situated in the middle of everything. Mall across the street, BTS few minutes walk. Love it!!!

Nice environment condo. Quite, peaceful, complete facilities (swimming pool, gym, parking areas for residents and guests) great location and a back access/shortcut to Big C Extra Onnut. The one bed room layout is also so nice. When open the door directly to living room and the kitchen at the back.
Lovely condo building well maintained with private gym, study area, meeting rooms, large pool. Lovely views and centrally located close to bts and mrt and close to many restaurants and coffee shops as well as spas and the amazing Terminal 21 one of the best shopping mall in the city!
The Base is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk (or ฿20 motorcycle taxi out the front gate) to BTS On Nut, and close to Big C for essential supplies, these is a 7-11 on site which is very convenient. The gate security are friendly and the juristic office are helpful with mail and parcels and send a notification when something has been delivered.
Facilities wise the pool is large and has plenty of sun beds. The gym always had broken equipment, 4 of the 6 treadmills were broken for more then 3 months and the equipment in the gym is showing it’s age.
Depending on time of day the water pressure is very weak. The lifts are constantly breaking, like today no lifts were working. Ample motorcycle and car parking.

Great facilites and great location near Airport link and MRT. Quality concierge service and staff speak good English. The duplex is spacious with stunning view.

I have taken a condo here at rent. Very peaceful place. BTS On Nut and Bus stop are at walkable distance. Lotus and Big C are in walkable range.
Great place ! Stay a few months there. Opposite is a famous government University, Nearby is Starbucks, Restaurants, Spa Center, International school, Church, Eye Hospital, clinics, BTS, Airport Express train, Asok pier, T21 &other shopping malls. Wonderful place!
I loooove living here. It is super convenient. 5 min to my chiropractor across the street. 5 min to my acupuncturist down the street. 3 Starbucks to the left, to the right and to the front. Like seriously, what else do you need? The BTS and MRT are within ten minutes of walking. If you are lazy, just take the motorbike taxi. The doormen and receptionists are all super nice and remember my room number. Picking up packages is a breeze. Also you have dry cleaning downstairs. I mean, you can be the laziest person and be totally fine living here. The condo is very new. Plus they come and do bug spray every month. They have technicians on site to help you out if you don’t know how to change a lightbulb. Love this place!!!
Stayed at this place for 2 years. Well maintained condo. Amazing facilities - business area, gym, sauna and it's saltwater pool. Condo is clean, no cockroach infestation , lobby, hallways and elevator are with ACs so it's always cool and smells nice. Juristic office is helpful. Soundproofing is good in the room, you cannot hear your neighbors.

There is no space for kids to play. The water sometimes can be very brown. Walking on the Soi is not easy since Toyota always causes traffic and sometimes they do test drive in the soi. There are no sidewalks and the condo doesn’t provide a free shuttle. The only good thing about this building is the people. Staff are helpful and my landlady is nice.

Perfect place to live. Easy to access BTS & MRT, motor way is just few minutes. Elegant and good facilities of work out, relax at private lounges. One of best condominium in Bangkok.
A beautiful complex. The exercise area is excellent and the 31st floor pool is a terrific place to view the city and relax. Unfortunately there is a little bit of elitist snobbery from a couple of the residents sometimes who will look at you crosswise is you are not dressed to the nines.
Every time I bring my friends to the esse Asoke, everyone dances and picks up their cellphone to take pictures of the view from the 42nd floor of the esse.

I have stayed here for 1 year. Receptors are very nice. The condo facilities such as swimming pool, co working space and gym are very clean and practical with amazing vibe. The condo near to BTS,Mall and Groceries store you can walk.The parking area enough for residences.

The reception desk and security guards are very friendly and helpful, but we are very disappointed with the property management . This is a very bad living experience. Every time there is a problem, it takes a long time to help solve it.

A condominium just off of the main road. In general a good property although maintenance could be improved . Could be noise if your unit faces the main road .
definitely one of the most luxury new condos I’ve seen around Asoke area. I was especially impressed with the grand lobby, pool, and the open kitchen/bathroom in the unit

Definitely high quality property, has high ceiling, all Grohe bath equipments and Siemens kitchen machines. It seemed Singha wanna set up its reputation in residential building by this project.
The location is very convenient, close to MTR and airport Express. But north side high floor apartments have good view but might feel a bit noisy in the evening, South side apartments are towards to a private school, should be better.

Building is slightly old but very good place to live, especially with young children. Peaceful soi, not too crowded. Conveniently located walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS and Emporium Mall.
High standard of living, offering excellent facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, steam room and an excellent gym facility with rotating climbing wall. I always receive a speedy response from concierge desk, as well as from the maintenance team. The developer/property management team always keeps us updated. I have to say, they also offer great events throughout the year for the residents such as Halloween for the kids, Songkran, Mother’s Day etc. Owners also receive discount with Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok. The Lofts Asoke is also only a 5min walk from NIST, one of the top international schools in Bangkok.

A nice condo/apartment building close to the On Nut BTS and in easy walking distance to Big C and Tesco/Lotus centres, and -- soon -- a cinema complex. It's a handy place to live if you work and/or play along Sukhumvit Road. You can be in Siam in less than 20 minutes, and the nightspots and great dining around Asok is even closer. The accommodation here is modern, comfortable and more affordable than the inner city area and the amenities are getting better and better. Staff at The Room are generally cheerful and helpful, and the shared facilities include a gym and pool.

Where I used to live in the city of Angels. If privacy means something to you, this place is number one om my list. The two tower located in a gated exclusive area. The Base Sukhumvit 77 is a condominium project, developed by Sansiri, located at On Nut Road, Khwaeng Phra Khanong Nuea, Khet Watthana, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10110. Sansiri is also the developer behind Garden Square, The Base Phetkasem and Baan Nub Kluen. Facilities at The Base Sukhumvit 77 include swimming pool, fitness gym, kids area, futsal court, basketball court, table tennis.
Classy condo in a very convenient location. Well maintained and professionally managed. A few steps from Top Market and 50 metres from Phrom Phong skytrain station.

The low cost condominium ever but dun skip this, even the price is cheap, the Ambient is so wonderful. There is a tug tug to drop you for free till the condo. Living here and get fun day.. 😙😍😘
