Not a bad place, really wanted to chill for the day but there were some other anglers just messing around and being very loud. I will give it other go thou.
Actually love this fishery. Have been fishing it now regularly for well over a year. It's clean and easy to get to. Most important things about it is you don't know what you're going to catch next.

Visited Pipehill fishery for the first time yesterday and I can’t believe it took me so long to give it a try.
The fishery is well presented right from the moment you arrive and pay at the gate.
I selected Holly Bush pool (only because there was no one on it) and almost as soon as the bait hit the water, the bites started.
25 carp, 4 chub and 2 bream in 3 hours was just what the doctor ordered! Fantastic fishing and a must for anyone who likes to be busy on the bank.

I received an invitation from a friend to visit Pipehill Fisheries, it was an incredible experience, the place is very well organized, there are several lakes that you can fish and it is visible that the lakes contain many fish, in the lake where I fished I caught many carp and had fun much.
Well run, good bailiff checks liscence and tickets twice a day and Good selection of pools for all types of anglers. Some pools need some TLC but fishing is great in the early morning and evening.
Great fisheries. Honesty box system for entering so make sure you have the exact amount. Good lakes with interesting shapes and features, plenty of nice size fishes, mainly carp with the odd roach and barbel. Not a great fisherman but still caught 17 fishes and a few big ones in a day.
Good days fishing over 20 carp and a few silver fish fishing really well recently.
