Really needs improvement since it is lacking of any facilities. It is really worth it to add a snack bar and a couple of clean bathrooms . Even the passengers and the crew members pray between the cars .

Had a nice trip Failaka island with KPTC ferry. It's a petty that there is one cruise daily only and the ferry returns 2 hours after landing on the island. The chairs on the open deck are very uncomfortable during the 90 minute traveling. There is a room with A/C for the passengers . Friendly and good organized personnel.

It is the biggest ferry place for vehicles and human from Kuwait mainland to filaka island. boat service consists of three or four bigger ferry and a few small number of craft for carry passengers from filaka to Kuwait and island. the price for each vehicle is 30 Kuwaiti dinner and per person the amount of Bill is 5 kd . They are typing is very good the fairy every day starts at every Fixed time and it reaches in a fixed time to the island the service is also good.

2.500kd for Adult, 3.000kd for Kids and 30.00 kd for Vehicle(including Driver) - up and down ticket. Ferry from Salmiya @ 9.45 am & Returned @ 2.45 pm

Visited the Failaka island today 14th April 18. Through KPTcC ferry service, the schedule of the is ferry is changes day by day and as per weather conditions. I have attached the time schedule for this month below. 5 Kd charges per head. Ferry runs almost on time, don't be late u will miss the ferry. It takes 1.5 hrs to reach Failaka island from kptc ferry service salmiya.

The ferry has no specific schedule...it runs as per the weather ...further never go to the island without your own vehicle ...there is no taxi no guide no transport service.

Government is not providing any kind of Transport Facility in Failaka island.
Police is not giving proper service for tourist ..I have incident in june 26,2017.as per ferry service they will leave at 2o'clock from island (this is last service for that day).we reached at 1:57 pm .but they left before we arrive .then we (more than 25 person ,including families for other tourist)approach police to get a help from them, unfortunately they said to get out from the station.(Then what is the purpose for that police station in island).

There is Ferry to go to Failaka Island (5 KD both way) that lefts from KPTC Failaka Ferry at 9 AM (better to go before 8 AM) and it'll take 1.5 hrs to reach. Ferry comes back at 01 PM and it'll take 2 hrs duration. No restaurant and departmental store inside.
