I met Tom and Aaren with problems with my mobile. They were very patient and professional and I recommend them to anyone needing help with modern technology.

A seriously good, helpful, fast response and professional service. They fixed my new computer nightmare link up connection fast. It's a well equipped unit and good IT and Engineering oversight.
Computer issues or problems make them a first call. IT help is readily at hand. I've given them a 5 stars rating, and that's not easy to earn. I give the likes of Tesco and ASDA 2. I've cut Waitrose from a 5 to a 4 as it's declining.
Any computing or Printing problems call them.

Excellent service by all Staff even after taking computer home and finding connections problem They came out and fixed it. We had connected extra lead which was not necessary! Would recommend MidMC.

I needed my computer looking at as a matter of urgency as it was playing silly buggers on me and I needed it for my work and my sons schooling. I knew that MidMC was closed for a few days but dropped them a message in blind hope that they could help out with my predicament sooner rather than later. Aaron called me back in a very timely manner and organised to get my computer in to get it looked at. Just a few short hours later the computer was all sorted and back on top form.

Can’t recommend MidMC enough as they made a special effort to help me out at the very last minute when they were not meant to be open.
