I visited the shop today for an outfit for my Niece wedding in August. The assistant who attended to me was excellent,made you feel relaxed and had a good laugh, also gave me good advice, and even matched the shoes and bag to go with my dress. The service and atmosphere was excellent, thank you again

Booked an appointment here and trying dresses on as Mother of the Groom was totally out of my comfort zone. The occasion dress section is in a separate area of the shop at the back. I had a dedicated stylist who suggested dresses, and revised the selection as I tried on dresses. I tried on around 15 different dresses, before narrowing down to four. Much professional advice was offered whilst taking onboard my preferences. I was surprised by the range of styles/colours and was delighted to find a reasonably priced stunning dress that was incredibly flattering.

Very successful visit for mother of the groom outfit! Super day out. Very pleasant and helpful staff 🙏. Highly recommend this shop and the knowledgeable staff for m of the g and bride! 😄

hi travellers friends family world barry allan reviewing a really great place once again and as all you guys that follow my reviews know im honest so here goes.Bentleys is a ladys shop im not a lady okay but i know one that is my mum and she simply loves this place and as a man which doesnt matter mum takes me in you can straight away see why its simply quality here at bentleys you can just see it! theres lots on offer scarves dresses coats jumpers my mum likes to just chill and look the ladys the staff who are so friendly so nice know her ha know what she likes which is nice , Is it expensive at bentleys being honest as you know i am its not the cheapest end of clothing BUT if its quality design and style well ladys youve found a great place and this is all coming from a man hahaha highly recommended great clothes lovely lovely team peace once again thanks for reading my reviews bazza BAZZAS KITCHEN MCG

Visited last week to get an outfit for my son's wedding. This shop was recommended to me and I'm glad it was. Appointments are advised and I was welcomed even though I arrived a little early. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd been on their website, so I had some outfits in mind, and even though I'm a larger size, they picked several more to try. I ended up choosing one they picked out. Although it wasn't what I thought I would go for, I feel so comfy and like I've found something that suits me.

I cannot recommend this shop more, Susan went out of her way to be helpful. We live near London and my mum had been in Scotland visiting a friend and found a dress in another shop but they didn’t have her size. I went online and found that Bentleys had the dress and I called and spoke to Susan, she was so kind, professional and helpful and she agreed to send the dress to us. It arrived beautifully packed two days later and my mum is over the moon. We so appreciate the wonderful service we were given and would highly recommend to everyone to buy from there 😊

My appointment, with Susan, was successful. Thank you to Bentley's for their professional and friendly assistance with choosing my dress for a very special day. We were not rushed and were pleased with the range of choices available. Bentley's made shopping for my dress fun.

Just dropped in to this shop this afternoon for a preliminary perusal of wedding outfits.
What a choice! Superb stock for all tastes. I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful lady called Isabel. She is mature and knows what the customer likes/dislikes and has a real intuitive feel for the customer. I said I had been looking on the Net, as I do and she replied 'you have done your homework'! Well yes, but not a bad thing, saves timewasting. She is on the ball and works with you. This is exactly what I was looking for and I will be back to buy that special outfit with an appointment but 'with her approval' ! Isabel is a real people person and I would advise an appointment with her, she could be your Mum and that takes special qualities.
