Rude attendant no handicapped parking unless you get handicapped parking from Harvard. There's a handicapped individual with us and they made us park at the top with no elevators and had to take the stairs. Wouldn't recommend

A well located parking garage with a lot of space for all the different car models. A bit pricey with 18$ for 1 1/2 hours. But for the location I guess it's ok.

Always the best place to park near the Harvard university

Great place located near the college, and rates were reasonable.

Best choice (but not the least expensive) choice for parking in the immediate area, especially when weather is bad. The garage is easy to navigate. Very safe environment. A electric car charging station and free tire inflation station are available. Get your ticket validated by a local merchant for discount on parking fee.

Parking garage managed by Harvard where visitors may park. We went online to buy a parking pass for $11 for a Sunday. Show your email confirmation to the parking attendant.

A sign outside the garage advertises in large font $14.95 for 3 hrs. As a visitor, that is what lures you in. At checkout, they charged me $30, first saying that the lower rate is only valid on weekends (which the signage definitely does NOT say) and then when I questioned them again, they showed me a smaller font phrase above that says "with validation"! Really!!!! That is just plain slimy behavior and misleading. Shame on them.

I had some trouble with my SpotHero app which caused me some trouble with access to this garage. There were two gentleman who helped me today who worked in the garage office. They could not have been more obliging or kind. They both did their best to resolve my problem, which one of the gentleman did with a special pass that he gave me. That gentleman had a French(?) accent and was so very kind to me. I appreciate people who do their utmost to fix a problem! Two very kind men work at this place and I was grateful to them today. A wonderful place to park🌺

I would avoid this garage for a number of reasons. Firstly, it has deceptive advertising which suggests a validated rate of $14.95 for 3 hours and no other rates clearly posted. With validation, it cost us $31.00. Secondly and perhaps because of this, it took 15 minutes to exit as each car in front of us seemed to have an issue that involved a lengthy discussion with the cashier.

Goood location but, Be careful about very very rude black oldman staff…
He continued to scream in an inaudible tone.

I parked here to visit Cambridge and my car battery died while I was here. The man working in the garage office was absolutely fabulous. He tried to jump my car but the battery chargers were not charged enough, so he helped me push my car to an outlet so we could charge the charger. He was very persistent trying to get my car started and was able to get it running again before AAA came. He was super sweet and I really appreciated having his help! He went above and beyond and didn't charge me to park because I think he felt bad that I was stuck there for hours.

Not the cleanest or most spacious of garages, but it's reasonably priced for the area and it does the job. It's about a fifteen minute walk from the museums, so you can stroll through Cambridge and Harvard Sqaure. Watch out for the construction!

Great parking garage, more than enough space for a sedan and SUV, greatly located. Of course it’s expensive…can’t expect anything else in this area and it’s much worst in downtown Boston!

Paid 24$ for less than 2 hours. I could say a good parking place if you want to go to the main harvard yard. A walking distance.

Made a mistake with my booking. Victor and Heidi helped me out quickly and efficiently. Very kind of you! Thanks. Hazar from canada

Was clean easy in easy out !! Only draw back is that the spaces are geared for cars not as much for pick ups and just a little tight not to bad tho !@

DO NOT park here. I used SpotHero and was unable to scan on the way in, so I took a ticket (exactly what they say to do in the SpotHero instructions if the scanner doesn’t work). On exiting, the attendant yelled unprompted and told me my SpotHero is not valid and I need to pay the regular daily rate (over double). I challenged him and he finally honored the price as a line was building behind me. Horrible service, even for a parking garage

Good location
$12 per day using Spot Hero.
Small parking space.
Good location. Close to Harvard Square

There was a special daytime price posted on signs all around the garage advertising $14 parking for up to five hours with validation from certain merchants. They even have a website listing a large number of merchants. This list lies. Two of the merchants we talked to said they didn't validate parking, one of them said they had no idea why they were even listed on the website (they had never given permission). We finally got validation, but then the automated meter wanted $26. We request the attendant who says that the special price "isn't working" on their computer - he also says that the fine print on the parking ticket states the rate is only for 3 hours. He offers to give us $2 off. We were too exhausted to argue. We only saved $11 off the non-validated rate (we parked for ~3.5 hours). If you don't care how much you pay or don't expect businesses to honor their posted prices, park here. If you do care, park somewhere else.

Easy to find parking early in the day. No damage to the vehicle. Decent weekend rates for the area. I will be back.

If I could go lower I would, I pre paid, yet it would not let me out without a charge of $15 and the worker of the garage that night was no help at all, having to scan my card 3X and still not working, then blaming the back up on us. I would not recommend pre paying or going at all, you might have to pay more and get no help.

On my way drove out to pay. Machine says it take amex. I used amex. It returned my card. Garage Staff came out of nowhere started to scream at me and asked me what I was doing. I said I’m trying to pay. He yelled at me did you read?? I was like read what? He yelled again I ask you did you read?? I was like it says it take amex, I used amex. He started to blame me that there are people trying to leave and I made other unable to leave. Then he took my card to pay. When he came back retuned me my card with paid receipts, he blamed me again for not reading the sigh. Omg I really don’t now what the say. Machine says it takes my card, you are screaming at me for no reason. He asked me then why doesn’t it work with the machine. How would I know??? Worse experience ever, yelled at me and blamed at me for no valid reason.

I used this lot after 6pm and found it uncrowded and easy to maneuver. It felt like the lanes and parking spaces were slightly smaller than normal, and the cost to park is quite high. However, there was a very nice attendant at the gate, which made the experience that little bit better. There are signs saying not to back in, but that seems odd. I backed in and there were a few others who did too, so I wasn’t sure if it was a rule or a suggestion.

Absolute garbage. I had a reservation through an application on my phone and wasn't sure how to use it when I got to the gate, so before entering I asked the attendant if I needed to take a ticket, and he said yes even after explaining that I had a ticket already on my phone which I showed him, including the barcode and everything. He said no, everything was fine, take a ticket and go on in. I probably would have tried to get more clarification, but there are people waiting to get into the garage.
Now outside of my car, I to find out that this was not the correct location. I asked him again and he said no, this is not where you want to be. We don't take that application. He said that I had probably already stayed too long and would be charged. I never got angry, but this was completely irrational. If you want to maintain a customer base, then you don't charge them a few dollars for a mistake when they tried to clarify it before they even committed the mistake.
The correct location was across the street on University which looks identical. After being in the other garage for less than 10 minutes, I was charged $7. The other garage charged me only $8 for 24 hours through the application I mentioned. Then, the attendant had the gall to tell me to just stay in his garage because at this point what does it matter? Well, it mattered that if I stayed out past 4 hours I would end up being charged over $30 , plus 8 for the other garage , and there's something called principle . Essentially, he didn't care that I had already purchased parking and instead wanted me to spend more money in his garage which was completely empty.
I will never go to the Charles Square garage or the hotel or anything associated with this business again. This isn't about the money. I had a $5 bill in my hand to tip the attendant for the information, despite the fact that in the end it was wrong, and instead got charged $7 for being in a parking garage for a few minutes. They will now lose out on far more money in the future, as the venue I went to was fantastic, and I plan to go frequently. Hopefully others read this review will understand that the owners of this garage care only about one thing, and that's money.

Worst parking garage I have ever encountered. We had to find another parking garage. We paid in advance online for 3 days. Our scanning code would not work and there is never anyone there for assistance...... The only way we could get out is by manually lifting the gate, luckily we have a low clearance car and two people or else we wouldve been stuck in the garage. Complete waste of money!

Multiple signs with different rates on each around the entrance. I left my car overnight and came back in the morning, saw that the advertised rates were only if you had parking validated by a local business. I asked the attendant at the exit how much parking would cost with or without validation given the time I parked and he had no idea, just said it's usually a lot more without validation; he also had no idea which businesses would validate it. I tried 7 different businesses until I found one that would do it (Harvard Co-op bookstore), most said something to the effect of "they don't seem to give out the cards for us to validate your parking anymore." Finally left, found out parking would have been $45 without validation and just $12 with it, and again attendant had no idea how those totals were calculated based on the advertised rates, just stuck the tickets in the register and magically got a number (I couldn't see any way to arrive at $12 based on any of the signs). Otherwise it was a pretty typical parking garage, with a few more tight turns and weird parking spaces than usual (hard to tell if a space or not).
