Good place to drop your car to ride over to NY or PA. Haven't had any trouble with anything.

This parking facility should get negative review. Their pay station does not work and double charged my card. When I call their support at the facility, they ask me to come to their place to get my $7 back. The person on phone was very unprofessional and hung up. What a terrible experience for someone who travels to the city occasionally.

Easy to get to off the parkway. Lots of parking and electronic signs to show how many spots are available. Not many people to bother you, smells like pee in the stairs but take the elevators to avoid.

Need better signage pointing out West and East garages for people who are new or seldom use facility. Need better lighting and clear pathway to get from one garage to other. Need more exit gates to accommodate rush hour commuters leaving garage and attendant at gate to assist with issues. Took over 15 minutes to get out of garage due to backup that went up to level 3.

This have the worst maintenance people, tickets machines and parking machines are super old and most of the time not working, parking management basically doesn’t know what they are doing or they don’t care, sometimes takes 30 minutes to leave the garage because exit gates just stop working, make sure you bring a lots of patience with u when you park there! I wish somebody in nj transit have pair of bolls and see and fix the problem by replacing all the rude people with new ones!

Easy access but loooow clearance 6'11". Keep that in mind if you have a full size van or lifted pickup. 5 min walk to platform so real easy to get to trains

OMG .. too much rush during week days.. its really peaceful during weekends.. people tail gate and honk during weekdays, because they are close to missing their train.. if they are late, why CANT THEY START EARLY ?? its highly irritating to see people honking.. Also, when you get out of the West side, it takes almost 30 mins to get out and join wood ave.. people dont care, and just stay half way in RED LIGHT, and not allowing traffic to flow through :( there should be cops there, ticketing everyone who breaks the red light :) also, the buses arent regulated.. overall its a mess during weekdays, but there is no other option.. so we have to live with it..

Great convenient Park and ride facility for extended overnight trips into NYC. Low daily rates and guaranteed overnight parking for weeks at a time mean it can even make a viable parking place for Newark or jfk Airport flights - just take the train!
