They leave tickets on your car even when you pay. I called law enforcement and showed them I paid and they said I needed to appeal the ticket. This is ridiculous. Great law enforcement. So embarrassing

Went to Coco Beach to meet up with out of state family. With 3 babies in tow, it was quick to walk to the beach from the parking garage. However, after paying at the machine, no printout showing we all paid for our spots came out. The machine said "thank you, paid". When we got back to the garage, we all had parking tickets on the cars! It took a few days to show as pending and clear our banks, but finally, after a few calls, emails with photos of statements as proof of payment, it's cleared up. The machine doesn't print out receipts, because of the salt air. Out of Towner's who don't realize this and don't fight the ticket, get stuck paying a whole lot more than the $20 for the day.....what a racket!

We enjoyed using this parking area. The bathrooms were clean (however the dispenser was out of soap when we were there) and the rinse off areas worked well. Park then walk over to the ticket stand area to pay for your spot for however long you plan on staying. The parking lot charged 5.00 an hour, or 20 dollars for the day, which was more than we were expecting but felt it was worth it in the end. Beach access is not too far. If you are facing the direction of the beach, exit the parking garage to your right and walk straight ahead. You will have to cross a street and then you will see a smaller public parking area with public beach access at the back.

For those who are not aware, they will ticket you for back-in parking. There are signs posted in the garage but I guess people don’t think the rules apply to them. It’s also listed on their website but not many people would look at that before going to the beach.

The parking itself is very convenient and I think the fee is affordable ($3/hr or $15/day). I will definitely park here from now on when I visit Cocoa Beach.

Ticketed for backing in a parking spot while 6 other vehicles parked nearby with Florida plates were not ticketed. Appears they only ticket tourist. No signage saying no backing in just painted on the wall when you enter by some spots leaving people to assume it only applies to those spots. No official signage with laws that it can't be done. And no signage at all on other levels or near pay stations. $38 plus $9 for parking. Clearly they lack signage so they can write tickets. Will follow up for proof that a law or ordinance is in place.

RIP OFF! Paid $15 for parking...... got a ticket for $48........ reason I did not park too close to the wall I guess they want me to hit it!

Used the garage for the first time this weekend and during an event. Large and clean restrooms, outside showers to rinse the sand off, a block from the beach, easy pay terminal with 'no receipts' and, best of all, wide parking spaces to allow for loading and unloading space between cars. Easy ingress and egress too.
