I really don't know how to describe this shop. Everything was great. They have great and various designs. Also the prices was better than other shops. But the most important advantage of this shop is the good behavior of the salesmans and their good services. I am really grateful to them. I recommend this shop to all of you
Poor service,no return policy, high making charges but they saying lower charges, also 2% extra charge on card payment better to purchase from other brand with provides free exchange policy till 15 days.
I came to your store for the repairing of my gold that i buy before then when i talk to the staff who sell it to me his name is Abdulla small guy hes white skinned as per him he cannot do anything but before he told me when i bought it they have free service. That guy is very unprofessional arrogant he cannot explain properly he wants me to go in the other shop for the repairing of my gold that i bought and he will pay for me then i was asking for the assurance but he couldn't give me. He wans to call police and to complain in government customer service immediately. This guy is very liar he shouldn't be in Sales. He is comparing his self to me that he is working in gold for 10yrs and me is not and he told that i don't understand English so how that i am here if i don't understand English!? He shouldn't be in sales if hes attitude is like that very. I hope the owner of this store will acknowledge it.
All staff are very accomodating and helpful . Price is negotiable. I can recommend to everyone. The Boss is also fluent in tagalog! Once you start to shop, you cant stop buying for more!

Great experience- came in to make a customized gold bracelet. I wanted it to look delicate. Mr Mohammed helped with the design and also advised on how to make it most cost effective. The craftsmanship was very fine, the delivery timely and, most importantly, the interaction was very polite and professional.
A very fine jewelry repair shop! My sterling silver ring snapped in half and I brought it to Mubarak Jewelry to get it fixed. It took 10 mins and it was restored to its original state! They also have a very beautiful collection of affordable sterling silver necklaces. Mr. Sheharyar and Mr. Shehzad are two very kind people who are very dedicated to the craft of jewelry.
