The scheduling process was quick and efficient. To protect their identities, I worked with two people in preparation for the PET Scan I needed. The woman who walked me through the prep process and scheduling (over the phone) was so kind, accomodating and helpful. The man who actually facilitated the PET Scan was friendly, upbeat and reassuring. He was thorough in checking on me every 15 minutes, and totally put me at ease through it all. I'm so grateful for this facility. Also, it was clean, beautiful and cozy. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you, Radiology Clinic of Germantown.

If I had more than 5 stars I would give it to The Radiology Clinic and Dr. Lee. Caring and responsive staff and doctors. They make patient feel at ease, explain the procedure well. I had a biopsy done there and they took time to explain me the procedure, patiently answered all my questions. Dr Lee is the best. She is very caring and makes the patient feel comfortable. I was nervous before my procedure but after talking to Dr. Lee I felt so calm. She also discussed the results with me and explained any next steps. The front desk staff is very polite and responsive. The atmosphere is professional and caring. Very clean and well maintained facility. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and The Radiology Clinic.

This was my forth MRI with Progressive Radiology in Germantown. From the moment I've made the appointments to getting the MRI the staff has been super friendly and make you feel comfortable. I'd like to give an big thank you to my tech Klint for always making me feel comfortable during the MRI. My MRI's run from an hour to hour and a half depending on what I need done and having Klint there to make the process easier and comfortable is a blessing.
AVOID - Progressive Radiology has wonderful staff but incompetent technology. Once they read an MRI it takes TWO WEEKS for the report to be uploaded into the patient portal. That's absurd, and I'll be choosing alternative radiology providers in the future.
Checking in with Cici was quick and easy. She was very friendly and had a big smile on her face even though it was very late in the day. Pam, the tech, was caring, gentle and very knowledgeable. Going in for a mammogram is not a fun experience but when I have to do it again I will certainly go back to this facility. Keep up the great job! Thank you
I was so impressed with the level of service we received yesterday. Needed a CT scan and while on the phone the person who took our information was able to get a pre-auth from our insurance company, which allowed us to get the scan in the same morning. When we got there, the place was bright and the people were friendly. It was also not crowded. I don't know why we would ever go anyplace else.

Karen performs my regular CT scans with ease and precision. She reassures me that "we got this" when she has to insert the contrast in my crappies veins.
Ron, my regular MRI tech is gentle and always calms me by playing my favorite music.
The office manager Candice greets all patients with a "Hello" or "Have a nice Day".

I was in and out for my Dexa scan. Latoya got me checked in helped me finish my forms. Becky was my Tech and she explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I had an opportunity to ask any questions I might have. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of there at Germantown Imaging xCenter.
Located next to the Emergency Room on Germantown Rd (Rte 118), Adventist HealthCare Imaging has nice imaging technicians and several receptionists to make your check-in process quick. If you need a mammogram and DEXA-scan (for bone density), let them know when you request an appointment, and they will try to make your appointments back to back so you don't have to wait around or do them on different days.

- Naila was efficient, knowledgeable for the mammogram and was able to do it without pain.
- Becky for the DEXA-scan reviewed my paperwork and updated my information and did the two positions needed for the scan. She was friendly and enjoyable to talk with as we waited for the machine to do its thing.
A nice surprise for me was the addition of the pretty blue cloth gowns to wear. They fit so much better and more comfortably than the paper ones which were still offered. The paper gown's plastic tie never held the gown shut for me, but the two cotton strings on the cloth gown did a much better job.

I was very happy with my visit this morning. Latoya, at the front desk was very helpful & efficient. Becky, the tech, who did the dexa scan was very knowledgeable & caring. I have been a patient here for many years & have ALWAYS been happy with the care.
I am a male who ended up with breast cancer which I am now healed from (praise to God and my surgeon!). I just came from my first mammogram and I had a very positive experience. Pam, the technician, was outstanding! She has been in this line of work for decades and I can't tell you enough how wonderful she was. Pam was extremely experienced and professional. She was very sensitive about my situation and she was very confident on every level of her operating all of the machinery. I felt so at ease having someone so fantastic as Pam assisting me. Her emotional support and professionalism was simply off the charts amazing! I thank Adventist Healthcare for having someone like Pam as a part of their team for all this time!!! I am most grateful!
AHCI of Germantown is simply THE best facility for your imaging needs. From the excellent and gracious front-desk check-in with Claudia to the professional and efficient radiology tech, Ellen, you know you are receiving the best care possible. I used AHCI 3 times this year, and each experience was exceptional but also, quick, and efficient. Well done AHCI of Germantown! Keep up the great job!
Please avoid at all costs. We had a horrible experience. I fell down from attic and hurt my back badly and was in extreme pain. Urgent care doctor recommended x-ray of tailbone and sent us to this facility. The women at the front desk was extremely rude and asked us to step away from the front desk after taking insurance card and ID. She then told us that there is no technician available and scheduled appointment for next morning at 9 15.
The next day we had to wait for 10 minutes before the technician came out and asked me to lay down on the bed for the x-ray. I was in extreme pain and it took me a while to lay down on the bed and then she told me that x-ray can't be done as they need a pregnancy test. This was the first time that they told us about pregnancy test.

Check in is quick and easy no wait time before taking me back I had 2MRIs done in a row one for my neck and 1 for my back. I didn't think I would be able to do both at the same time but Msnny took good care of me and handled the whole process and talked to me while I was in there so it was very well done. I would highly recommended.
Beware. It is an in-network place for me. I made sure they take my insurance (double checked). I had MRI and even though the facility is in my network, they sent my MRI to a radiologist to read who is NOT in my network. He wants to charge me $4509 for reading my MRI?!?! Beware of this place; even if they are in your network, you might end up owing thousands of dollars. Shame on you.
Excellent patient care and customer service from the front desk to the techs. I am VERY claustrophobic. The tech was very understanding and non judgemental. He took his time, was very reassuring and accommodating. Unfortunately I did not survive the test BUT he continued to maintain 110% patient care. He gave me some advice before coming back and trying again. I would definitely recommend this location
My Valentines Day gift to myself. I received a 3-D mammogram. Mind you, the internet in the building was terrible, but once you came to the designated area, it was a pleasant experience. Masking up is necessary, but once you do the insurance identification information. The candy dishes are mints and Hersey kisses. The pictures of flowers are beautiful. The front desk personnel was friendly & plus understood the candy dish jokes. I loved the style & the ease of the appointment. I loved the lockers with famous people on them. I had the writer of Harry Potter books. But I only chose that one because it was the first one that I reached. The mammogram wipes & hair ties in the dressing rooms are a nice touch. The rooms and chairs are so Whoo-La if you haven't experienced that before it is very nice. The lady that did my mammogram was friendly & very helpful to making the exam my favorite medical procedure .EVER
Progressive radiology call me on Friday needing additional information from my insurance and doctor in order to authorize the mri. I was able to call back after business hours...BUT .... there's not even an option to leave a voicemail message!! The call just simply hangs up which I think is very unprofessional. On the other hand the last time I was there (Spring 2021) for an MRI it went very smoothly and they were in fact professional But they do need to do something about this voicemail system. Or.... have an after hours call agent.
