Female at desk was very unprofessional and rude. I am a nurse and know how you should treat people.
I had to do ultrasound for my son. Cost for 15 minutes ultrasound was $1200 after insurance . An ultrasound should never be this expensive. Total ripoff.
Arrived at 8:50 for a 9:10 AM directed arrival time. The procedure was to take 30 min. I made it clear that I have to leave by 10 AM for work. After waiting until 9:35 AM, I told the front desk that I would have to leave if I wasn't able to get in soon. The girls at the front desk had an unnecessary attitude, telling me my "my health is important". I did everything I was supposed to do - I checked in online, I arrived very well on time, I paid almost $400, and I waited. She said they couldn't control emergencies. I sat in the waiting room while at least 20 people were called ahead of me. Those were all emergencies? I had to leave and requested a refund. At this time (Now 9:56 AM), they said they could take me in. I asked if they could perform this 30 min procedure in 4 min, since I Had to leave by 10AM? And they said they would try. Just ridiculous and to be made to feel as if this was my fault and no fault of their own is unfair. Still waiting for the promised refund with a call in to their office manager and no response. Will give it until the end of the day and then report them on BBB. No one should be made to feel this way.
Wouldn’t even allow back two people with my 3 year old daughter that’s scared to death. That wants her mommy and her mawmaw with her. Not sympathetic at all. Plenty of room for 2 adults and a child.
The staff was amazing, treated my mom with care in her sickening state except Kizzy at the receptionist desk. Our 1st time there and my mom was greeted with attitude and impatience. Once she knew my mom wasn't alone, her attitude changed. These patients are going through enough as it is. I believe more positively, grace and less attitude will be a better approach with dealing with patients.
We were referred to this office by my son’s surgeon and drove an hour and a half for our appointment. I was already familiar with the layout of hospital complex due to being hospitalized there for two months so I knew where to park etc. The receptionist was sweet and got us checked in promptly. The radiologist and technicians were great at their jobs and interacted very well with my infant son. The results of the tests were promptly sent over to his care team despite it being almost the weekend.
I drove here from Fayetteville the day before, paid for a hotel got to my appointment on Saturday only for them to tell me I have to reschedule because they called the day before and left a message to change the time. So irresponsible. The time I was given when the appointment was made should be honored. If my daughter was suppose to be there earlier in the day, it should have been stated on the instructions I was given when I received it t in the mail. The gas, money, and wasted time. The worker Marina showed no empathy. A waste of my families time on now I’m back on the road for my 2 and a half hour drive.
The staff here was amazing in my experience here today. I truly felt supported in the procedure I had and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. My appointment stayed on course time wise though they were slightly behind they communicated the short delay which was wonderful in comparison to hospitals who fall behind and give you no updates. Additionally the hospital was very clean and up kept. The only stressful part of this visit was the parking garage not being labeled clearly as to where I needed to go once parked, but that is the only area for improvement in my opinion.
