Handy location but can turn into a muddy free for all at busy times with horrendous access down the inadequate road
We stopped here to park up overnight so we could get to the airport for 5.10am. Fine and did the job, wrong time of the year to do any proper exploring as too dark.
Fantastic place to go for a walk along the beach and cross to the island when the tide is out.
Perfect for parking in the last night of the trip if you rented the van in Edinburgh. Toilets are closing at 6pm and are kind of hard to find (go down to the water and left). The planes are hard to overhear.
Large and spacious parking 🅿️ Popular among locals, dog owners 🐕 as well as motorhomers 🚐 Walking trails around 🐾 and a huge beach 🏖️ Waste bins onsite 🗑️ Quite a lot of noise from airplanes landing and taking off from the nearby airport 🛬🛫 Cellphone reception workable but quite slow 📱

Good little carpark for one night, but the planes r low & go over all night long, the ground is not paved so a bit rough, we walked over to the island at low tide no the causeway,
Good big free car park, with toilets. We parked here all day while we walked.
Free parking and nice place for walking and relaxation… Clean toilet around the corner but closed during the night.
