Great that's it's free, short walk to see statue of liberty, but needs some major upkeep .looks like it use to have a store or restaurant on site. Weeds over grown and sidewalks cracking...paint fading ect. But offers good picture spots on water. I went on smoke filled air during Canadian fires, that's why pics look hazy

I love Liberty State Park!

This is the best view of the NY harbor. You can spend countless hours watching the sun set and the water flow

Very good parking location and much less busy. You can find a parking spot easily and it’s totally free. Very quiet place for jogging and walking with the view of status of liberty.

Visited the day after we were officially out of Afghanistan. The park was clean. The bathrooms however were filthy. It was a very slow morning. I was surprised to see the flags at full mast not honoring the 13 fallen soldiers.

Have a beautiful city's view

Really is free! Nice huge walking path and Pier with views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. Was practically empty on a weekday afternoon but I imagine it gets full on weekends.
