First time visiting the store yesterday but it won't be my last. I was really impressed with the amount of selection, the beautiful displays, the cleanliness, and the overall friendliness I experienced. The gentleman who helped me was wonderful and knowledgeable. Pleasant to talk to.
Great prices and lovely atmosphere. Looking forward to returning when I need more Lampe Berger oil. I fell in love with their oil display and the available testers. Very very nice. Highly recommend.

I was in yesterday in search of a DIY hair deodorizer, since the only thing on the market these days is dry shampoo, and I don't like adding product to my hair when it's not needed. Sometimes your hair just picks up smells (camp fire, deep frier smell from the bar, etc)but it's still clean and shiny. Washing too often dries mine out. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful in helping create the perfect recipe for what I wanted. I now have a customized hair deodorizer that smells wonderful and leaves my hair soft and shiny without being oily or coated in product. So thank you thank you thank you...you have solved a problem that has been plaguing me for years!

Good place, and the guy knows his stuff and is always helpful. Will help you understand every item and will not hesitate to spend his time with you for information.

My girlfriend and I showed up on a Saturday afternoon right before closing and we were welcomed into the store by Karel.

He took the time to patiently help us find the right product (the store has such an incredible selection to choose from) and explain the differences / similarities between similar items.

We were not rushed at all and were able to find the product that we had spent the day looking.

We enjoyed the conversation with Karel, he is knowledgable, friendly and very dedicated to make sure we left the store happy / satisfied.

We will definitely be visiting Aromas Naturally again in the future.

Beautiful store with amazing vibes. There are sun catchers, jewelry, crystals, incense, essential oils, soaps, rollers, clothing, serendipity candles, gift sets and more. There were also very affordable ($1.98) pouches of dried lavender, rose petals, and more. It’s a great place to go with a friend if you share an interest in these sorts of products. It was relaxing to browse this store and the person working was very informative and able to answer any questions we had.

Robin was so helpful and knowledgeable when my mom and I visited last week. She was so comforting and knew about all products in the store, she was able to answer any questions we had. This is a really great small business that carries a lot of products made across Canada as well as locally. So many natural products as well as unique "make your own" kits. Would recommend stopping by!

This was my first time in the store and I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed my experience!

I was graciously greeted by the nice woman who owns the store and once I explained what I was looking for, she enthusiastically helped me out. The product selection is amazing, with very unique items that are (I believe) entirely from Canadian artisans and vendors. As well, the woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about the products. While I was browsing, we had a nice conversation about the store itself and how she came about opening it.

I ended up with a beautiful piece of jewellery and a great smelling candle. They even have a “customer appreciation card” so once you spend a certain amount of money there, you get a discount, which is great for me as I plan to shop there lots in the future. Can’t wait to come back!

I totally recommend this store for anyone who wants one-of-a-kind items and excellent customer service!
