Let me just say I have been to 3 different parties and I have to say the best one had to be with our party host Logan. He catered to all our needs and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. 10/10 customer service. He deserves to be paid much more than he is getting right now definitely. Will 100% be back and will request Logan as our party host. THANK YOU LOGAN!!

I went not to long ago and me and my siblings had an amazing time. The cashier working at the time (I think her name was Keilani) was very helpful and patient as I had to deal with my little brothers while trying to get ourselves situated. Definitely would come back

My kids love this place, and we have been pass holders since they opened but I’m very disappointed that they changed the passes. My son is now old enough that he needs a pass and they don’t have any type of exception to grandfather children in whose families have been pass holder long before the price change. Now the $10 pass if only good for 1 hour and we go every week for a minimum of 2-2.5 hours. So I either have to pay $10 per visit for him or buy a more expensive pass for him to participate with his siblings. It’s really sad that you guys are not taking care of your customers that have supported you for years.

We were invited here for a friend's birthday. Overall my children had a blast. Socks, pizza, drinks and snacks were provided. Gathering some details though, the fee for not leaving after the party was over is absurd. And sadly, the rope course is not included. The kids had a blast though. And the water fountain was broken, which forced you to buy over priced water ...... The normal line to purchase tickets was quite long when we entered, it didn't move too fast.

It’s best to get the membership if you live in the area. They need food at this location as well. Frozen pizza would even be great!!!! Concession stand very pricey. Donuts are very hard when reheated, but the staff is so amazing all the young kids that work there were very respectful and polite and very helpful.

Well setup place with great pricing to keep kids active for a reasonable cost. The equipment was all clean and looked well maintained. Staff were friendly.

This was a very fun experience to do, I highly recommend riding this with friends and family and will 100% go again, though, if you guys could have some season pass system or an unlimited rides bracelet, then that'd be great! Loved it!

After taking the children to old town to watch the classic car show we went to leave only to find our car had been towed. We were not parked on yellow lines and there were no signs to say you can not park there like the other areas of old town. We spoke to the sherif who told us old town management sign off on every tow. After speaking to security they informed us that they don’t and vehicle company already have permission and a contract with the tow company. This was a blatant lie as whilst waiting around for the tow company we observed the same woman from security come out take a photo and sign the tow drivers pad to take another vehicle. The whole experience has cast a dark cloud over a holiday that’s cost us over £12000 and I now wish I’d taken the family to Dubai. Photos below show the yellow no parking marks that are all over the car parks and the space where our car would have been if it hadn’t been towed. Notice the car on local plates is still parked what would have been opposite ours . I presume it’s because our car was on rental plates and it’s easier to scam the tourists than the locals.

This place started strong when they opened but has gone downhill very quickly. Prices have gone up significantly and main activities tend to be closed most of the time. Rope course always closed and dodge ball as well every now and then. Place is run by teenagers with no management around.also noticed the a/c has been very hot lately. Will be canceling my membership soon unless they step it up.

So much fun, we closed the place. Free to get in and you spend what you want no forced fees for stuff you don't ride. Free parking. 10$ parking in the very back was much better actually.

Leyshka was great. She explained everything well. 2 of us did the excursion. Total time was two minutes. Thank you again

It's a nice place to be. Very calm and a good walking area. Many different types of shops. Not very expensive also. Rides are very scary for me, as in those dangerous rides with many highs and lows. I did not ride any of those or even my kids. But there were people riding with kids of around 8+ years. There was live music with the band. Good food within budget

Enjoyed the rides. A little pricey for a small fair type park. You can pay per ride. If not it is $69 for a day pass. The park is spread out, hard to find all of the rides. The staff is friendly and helpful. A lot of places to get a drink or a snack. The kids loved the park.

Taysha and Adrian were great!! They were so helpful and fun. The Slingshot was a great ride...and all the kids loved it.

Fun Spot is a nice local place to go for a couple of hours. Mine Blower roller coaster is a good thrill ride. Entry is free and you pay for the individual rides which might be cheaper than paying for the pass.

The concept, price for the membership, location, even parking are all great.
The staff are rude, and need to be trained better. I want to give 5 stars because it’s fun for the kids and only with a membership isn’t expensive, but the GM was at the store yesterday when I was there and they were still disorganized, rude, and unhelpful. I asked for a manager at one point and no one ever came out. ✌🏽🫨

Old town is definitely a family fun place to go. Definitely recommend getting the band for all the rides you like to get on. The arcade is fun too.

Old Town is a ton of fun especially during the car shows. Check the schedule for specific themes but cars shows are normally Wed, Friday and Saturday and some specials ones once a month on Sundays. . There are shops ranging from Gourmet Popcorn, multiple gift shops, several small restaurants and activities like Ninja courses, a Haunted House, an arcade and more throughout Old Town. One thing they are lacking is decent ice scream options. There are 2 shops 1 in A&W and another in a ice cream store further down. Ironically the store dedicated specifically to ice cream usually has the least flavors. There is also a great barber shop across from the Gourmet Popcorn place. They do an awesome job and are super nice.

Love this place, we spent most of our time in the black minerals store. I could spend hours there. We just went during the day to shop but the car shows at night are so good too... if you are into your cars and bikes. Won't disappoint!!
