Great place to just hangout with your loved ones. The garden and small pond is so charming. Monkeys may create trouble sometimes but not a big issue. Balaju park has cultural significance as well as many people gather there during Baisdhara mela.

Balaju 22 Dhara was a pleasant getaway in the metropolis that I just explored. There was a calm environment brought about by the 22 water spouts' soothing sound and the verdant surroundings.

Visited this place and found it awesome with natural greeneries,Peaceful environment and well managed park . 22 water taps with temple of budanilkantha was awesome.
If you are willing to get fresh in the morning, then it could be best to visit this place. Many people were walking, running, exercising, and doing meditation in the morning. I like this place. Every day, I used to come and do the starting of my day. You can see the monkeys in this park and greenery around there.

Balaju Park has a massive area.
Its major attractions include 22 dhara (stone water sprouts) '२२ धारा', 21 of which were built in 17th century by King Jay Prakash Malla & 1 added by King Jayasthiti Malla, along with a sleeping Statue of Hindu God Bal Nilkantha 'बाल नीलकण्ठ' (Replica statue of Budanilkantha).
Adding to that, its well maintained gardens, ponds with fishes, and glimpses of monkeys from the forest make for a perfect day out at this place for both family and couples.
