I am dissatisfied with the inability to cancel my membership due to a commitment clause hidden in the fine print. I was not aware of this commitment when I was directed to sign up online and it negatively impacted my experience. I have to keep a membership for a year which I believe wasn’t transparent in the membership terms. It’s a nice place for family fun, however I shouldn’t have to been held hostage if I want to cancel a membership.
This place is the best for kids. My son and daughter have a Platinum membership and it is worth every penny. John and Manish, the owners are real problem solvers and always put the customer first. Well run business.
Definitely worth it. My 9 year old son, 10 year old nephew and 11 year old nephew had a BLAST!!! The place is clean and the neon lights give the place a great look. It's a decent size place and the food portions are huge!
We visit this facility VERY frequently! Staff is amazing, and very clean! Owners are very friendly and accommodating! I don’t have to worry about my kids being lost in the crowd like at other large facilities. Perfect size for my kids to go around independently while I monitor from a distance. Words cannot describe how great of time my kids have when we come daily. Recommend getting a membership, especially the platinum which covers all attractions for unlimited visits throughout the month. You also get a ticket that gets you a pizza and a snack for each visit. Bring your kids to this location where you don’t have to stress over the oversized crowds & enjoy!!!!
We recently had my sons 10th birthday at Urban Air. And I was blown away at how organized the event turned out to be. Our party coordinator Sam, was nothing less of exceptional. He attended to all 15 of our kids with care and made sure they all enjoyed their time. Throughout the process he was thorough and we knew exactly what was happening next. This kid is going places I will tell you that. The facility is new and the owners have done a great job with the layout and maintaining cleanliness. All the kids were talking about having their future birthdays there. Great job team!
Super attentive staff! Easy check in and waiver process. If you have signed a waiver at another location in the past for your child use your phone number to locate. Most attractions require children to be 41" and above. The weekday 4-8 pm sessions run about $30.00 including socks for little ones 5 and under. Definitely worth it.
A few months have past and now this place is not like before… wayyyy too many people and did not feel clean… imagine all these pictures with shoulder to shoulder standing room.

Every time kids would line up for laser tag… they wait and then the birthday party jumps in front and now your kid is waiting again. They put the parties priority over a regular paying customer… The process of that is truly unacceptable.
Ive been to lake grove plenty of times. When dix hills opened I was so excited (more than my son I think🤣) but bc it’s so much closer. Anyway we went today for the first time ever to dixhills 5/23/23. I was scared at first cause My son is autistic and has sensory issues so I was scared it was going to be overwhelming or even just the loud music. But nope. The music was actaully at a good volume. No crowds what so ever. Very welcoming with smiles from the whole staff. But anyway I would love to thank Sienna for being SOOOOOO kind to my son. From helping him in the ball pit to letting him join dodge ball. (Sometimes kids on the spectrum don’t get the concept of what to do during a game or in general) but she didn’t turn him away or anything. She let him participate. Also another girl with blonde hair and braids I believe at the time around 5:20ish was at the ball pit too and was so nice to help my son move his way up when he was stuck. even the girl in the virtual reality section was so sweet with him. Jasmine in the foam blocks was a sweetheart playing with him, throwing him in the foam blocks (he loves the adrenaline and impact)🤣 I hope they never get rid of the 4 girls I’m talking about. When we got in the car he told me “mommy I had so much fun but there’s no crash pad”😂 I believe the dix hills park is nice for kids 3-8 compare to lake grove where I guess u can say is more for ages 7-15 since more room, it’s taller for the sky rider and etc. They truly understand kids are kids. Autism may not be a seen disability but the patience and love they gave my child was so heart warming and brings me peace to my heart❤️ the food was also delicious and the place was VERY clean.
