My family enjoyed the glass elevator ride up to the top and back down. The telescopes on the observation deck are $.50 to use. Some are broken. Our favorite part was the outer deck with open air, which was very windy on our visit. So for the ladies, be safe wearing a dress! We had a great time, my children couldn’t stop laughing as the wind lifted my long hair up and created its own tornado. They also enjoyed the 4D theatre which was showing Ice Age, Wonder Woman and Skies Over Texas. All short films. There is a Gift shop, Build a bear, Starbucks, Dippin’ dots, chart house. Adult price is $18.50 for locals $14.00 children.

The view from the top is nice, so I cannot, in good conscience, give it one star, but everything else about the experience was atrocious.

You cannot pay for tickets with cash or credit; you can only buy them on the website. Nowhere on the website does it say this, nor does it say it anywhere around the tower. You will only be notified verbally by the one person working the front desk. Yes, one. Singular. There are three windows, but only one was open. They said they were short-staffed. I'm sure those five or six other employees I saw standing off to the side doing sweet FA were actually filling a very important role that I'm just too stupid to understand.

So anyways, back to the tickets. You HAVE to buy them online, but when you get there you still have to wait in line for the front desk (this obviously was exacerbated by the "lack" of staff) and this alone would take atleast 15 minutes. You need to go to this desk to get a wristband, and then you need to wait in a second, substantially longer line to get into the actual elevator. This line was long because they were only operating one elevator. There was nothing wrong with the others, this was once again blamed on the short staffing (because it would apparently been way too difficult for one of the aforementioned employees standing off to the side to jump in and do the highly-skilled task of pressing the only two buttons on the elevator).

It's possible that the staffing issue was just a freak occurrence (but given that I could literally see said apparently missing staff, I'm afraid it probably isn't), but this ticket system they've adopted is just ridiculous. The complete lack of warning aside, why even make people stand in that first line at all? Why have a wristband? Why not just have one line for the elevator and have visitors show the ticket on their phone before getting on? Or, if they really NEED that first line why not allow people to buy tickets in person? A needlessly complicated waste of time.

Again the view from the top is great, but rest of the process is so obnoxious that it's difficult for me to recommend. These issues are easily fixable, however, so I'm optimistic that they'll be taken care of in the future.
Definitely a place to check out when visiting San Antonio! Made reservations for our anniversary requesting a view of the sun setting and the Chart house team did not disappoint.
There is a parking lot along side of the iconic landmark for easy access with a nice walk way to the restaurant. Once inside we checked in and were directed into the elevator. Doors opened and we were greeted by the host, checked in and were seated within 5 minutes. Service, food and views were 10/10! Prices for steaks were similar to J.Alexander or Saltgrass steak house.
Our San Antonio friends made us second guess this beautiful landmark due to the previous restaurants reputation. If you have not been since the switch, give it a try and you will not be disappointed.
Met all of our expectations!
Went for my birthday dinner with family. View was amazing! Food was okay, very pricey. Didn't care for the texture of the salmon. Stick with the tea, was not impressed with the alcoholic drinks. Service was great, though. Make sure you make your reservation well in advance, although I tried to add more to my party but was unable to make any changes as they were booked. Witnessed a proposal, that was the icing on the cake for the evening. Be prepared to spend a lot, though.
Yeah don’t throw a party here ! My daughter just had her party today drop 600 for a party room and for what so freaking hot my room had a fan in it which was weird didn’t really think anything of it. party started and my guest were so uncomfortable when the pizza came out because it was so freaking hot in the room like why book the room if y’all are having issues with it ! The first manager was no help like really your going to just give me 5% off okay thanks .. I got 10% off ..well what the hell can I do now so not worth it my host was nice I guess… never around !Apparently they’re fixing up the rooms was their excuse why have that room even open . Don’t waste your money here .
This is the worst experience ever !!!! Nothing is working, balls are not inflated in ball pit , trampolines are flat with no elastic . Nothing was disclosed before paying almost 70 dollars for two kids . I complained to Lilah the manager and she said before you say anything there is nothing I can do . She was point blank rude. She said she is aware of how much of a mess this place is and she can’t do anything about it and the owners won’t either . Worst experience ever I feel robbed of my money and looked at my face and smiled !!!! I am so disappointed and upset . Never again

Cute place, has like 5 rides for little kids. Tbh the original place was WAY better.
Disaster of a work event there. Old and dirty, falling apart and just gross. Felt like an old Kmart turned into a trampoline park. The staff was clueless. They served pizza for employees from my work but it was a joke! The pizza was worse than Red Baron’s frozen pizza from the grocery store! And they cut all of the pieces in half so it looked like we each got two slices. What a joke! Staff was just a mess. I will never return to this place. Just trashy.
Very cool to go up into the Tower of the Americas. This was built in 1968 2 years after Seattle built their space Needle and because of that they wanted to beat them so they made it over 100 ft taller. Pretty grounds well maintained. There's a restaurant that spins at the top for full 360° views of the city. The elevator ride we took up offered a great view of downtown San Antonio.
We met up for a play date here ages 16 months to 3 years. All the kids had so much fun! We were there at 10 when they opened so there wasn't very many bigger kids we had to worry about with the small kids which was nice. They have an awesome toddler area that has a ton to do! We easily spent 2 hours here and could have done even more. The pricing however is inconsistent I didn't realize until later my friend who had herself and 2 (15m and 3y) kids paid around 15 dollars and I was charged 25 for myself and one 17m old.
The restrooms were horrible. They had a baby changer that was completely broken. A lot of trash and the restrooms doors didn't close right, and the door was coming off. The party attendant never came back with out to go boxes, but she was nice.
I came here for my nephews birthday party, it was so much fun!! I'm so glad the adults can also jump. We went on a Saturday so it was super packed, but nothing crazy like downtown fiesta weekend. The beer station was so cool and they had options I had never heard of. The pizza was decent, can't really mess up pizza. Our host was very nice and helpful!!
For a truly romantic experience, the observation deck is great, especially during the off-season when it's less crowded – perfect for adventurous couples seeking intimate moments with breathtaking views. It's also a hit for families with energetic little ones exploring the deck in the sky. Alternatively, for a more relaxed vibe, head to the restaurant beneath the observation deck. Enjoy cocktails and a delicious meal while still soaking in the captivating atmosphere.
Melody was an amazing party host! I was very upset because I originally booked a party at the Northeast location on Fourwinds. My party was canceled at 5pm the day before my party. Customer service was rude and the manager at that location didn't even have knowledge that their facility was canceling parties due to an "unexpected repair" that posed a safety issue, yet members were there jumping. I spoke with Janine from this location and she got everything transferred over so I could have my party at this location. When I showed up today I was nervous because of all the issues I had already had with the other location - but Melody was on top of everything and she made the party an amazing experience for us. This was our first Urban Air party and in the future I will only go to this location and I will request Melody again for any future parties!
Not very clean.Too many older kids running around and overpowering the smaller children. The ball pit had a lot of old and smashed balls. Need to be replenished with new ones. The employees were nice. But you need to be more involved in monitoring the establishment for the sake of everyone getting their money's worth.

We did not have to make lines to buy and to go up. You can have a good view of the city and beyond. Around the deck there are sections explaining parts of the history of the city, there are available audio guides.

There’s a cafe, a theater and gift shop. Theater was supposed to be 4D but they did not give us 3d glasses and attendant explained that 3D was not working at the time, also some seats did not properly work (ours were some of those) so we can see other seats moving but we were steady most of the time.

Parking lot cost was $20 and it was a flat rate (we visited on 31/12)

It's the place to go for a bird's view of San Antonio.

There is a wait to get on the elevator ride to the observation deck. We got lucky and rode the secondary elevator because the lobby was getting quite full.

Overall it didn't take a very long time to walk the whole circle inside and outside to enjoy the views over the city.

I would recommend getting the value ticket and get to ride the boats as well. The ticket for just the tower is not worth it, IMO.

Had our granddaughters party here at the first available time slot (11:00). It was great! The staff was friendly, and because it was so early the kids got to ride most of the rides with no wait. The pizzas and punch were delivered on time, and our host was very helpful. Important to know : bring water, they don't supply it, also you can't add pizza or drinks on the day of. So if you need extra of anything pizza, or drinks, it won't be available. Everything else was great! She loved it!

It was a nice trampoline park. A bit pricey compared to Urban air. AIRTOPIA didn't have as many activities as Urban Air, and the obstacle courses were super amateur.

AIRTOPIA did have amenities that Urban Air does not. Such as a dedicated area for kids under 42'' called Air Tots. I edited this review because I remembered something that impressed me. AIRTOPIA has a space with 2 trampolines and two large screens with virtual video games that immerse the jumper using the trampoline as the "controller" The games are at NO extra cost. Also, they serve decently priced adult beverages.

Came here because I had some coupons from a party we attended, mom brain and I forgot a coupon Lilah was such an absolute blessing not only did she honor my coupon but she made my girls experience and time there such a blast! Thanks to Lilah were able to make memories as a family on a budget and I’m grateful for that. The foods a little pricey and not bad definitely convenient but fast service. It’s a very chill environment parents can do homework or watch tv there’s phone charging stations and tables to work from. Keep the kids busy for a while and relax this place is a must!

The staff was just absolutely amazing. I did not know what to expect and was not prepared with socks and such. Angelina took care of our family and other staff was actively making sure kids weren't running over each other. Very impressed and will be back!
What happened to this place? It is literally falling apart and so dirty. This place is in desperate need of maintenance, upgrades and safety improvements. Certainly not worth the admission price considering these issues and attractions that are closed. This is our last visit here. Our family will be going elsewhere in the future. I hope they fix these issues soon so we can return.
I'm wonder who runs this place. I took my kid couple years ago, after they opened Huebner location. I had bad experience with manager. Things were broken back than, arcade games were out of order. I'm surprised nothing changed after couple years. I will not go this place, especially in Huebner location. Manager didn't care and was very rude when I complained.

Unique experience. Fantastic view from the top. Spinning restaurant was a fun little spot to hang out and have lunch with amazing views. 4D movie was cheesy, did not enjoy. The experience was rough and you got sprayed with dirty water several times.
Kinda small and concessions seemed a little pricey. Only thing I see this place having above the rest is that they have a free water bottle filling station
Me and My kids came here for the first time and it’s a great place . The lady in the front is very friendly and nice .the place is very clean my kids had a blast here .will be returning soon 😊
Came for my son’s 5th birthday. It was a weekday so not many other children where there. The staff member Joe was absolutely amazing. He was playing with the kids and being so goofy so they would laugh and enjoy. He truly made this trip worth it!!
Quick service - did not have to make any lines to buy or go all the way up. There were very few people at the top so I was able to catch all the sights without anyone walking in front of me or blocking my photos. Good view of the city and beyond. There are different sections around the deck which explain a part of the history of the city and how it came to be. Be sure to check them out and listen to the audio guides on each section. There’s a cafe at the tower as well as a gift shop.

If you want to go to the 360 view restaurant, it is recommended to have a reservation. You’ll have to get a specific elevator on the ground floor in order to head to the restaurant. It can’t be done through the observation deck.

Impressive 750-foot tower with panoramic city views, revolving restaurant, and 4D theater ride. A San Antonio landmark that's perfect for families, couples, and tourists alike. Tickets are not pricey, $15, but the views are worth it.
Magic Mountain is our typical park but with family in SA, we visit this park when in town. Not gonna lie, this park is soooo much better than MM in the ways of customer service, cleanliness, drink and food availability, and overall park aesthetics. The rides are so fun and we always have a great time here. We love the crazy coasters at MM but Fiesta Texas is pretty dang fun. Iron Rattler, Poltergeist, Superman all kick butt. Oh! And the shows and entertainment are amazing!! The main theater in the front area is a gorgeous indoor theater. And Zombie Prom was a fabulously fun show. Then the fireworks and drone show was absolutely incredible. Well done Six Flags!

We were able to enjoy these rides for free, being that we are zoo members, during a weekday!! We loved this promotion!! Please continue it past today, my toddler LOVED the rides!!
In Texas this is the best six flags. It's the nicest one. For fright fest it is decorated beautifully. The displays and their shops are just so much nicer. Worth the trip and will be returning often.
ZOO MEMBERS ONLY?? My kids were invited to a birthday party and it was great for kids five years and under. I thought it would be a great place to host my play group for a play date but when I was asking about their open schedule they said only zoo members can get in. My kids are 5 and 1 and did have fun on the rides but we aren’t zoo members so won’t be back.
We went up at dusk so we could enjoy the views once it got dark. It’s a quick elevator ride up. Once at the top, there’s a lot of historical information and you can go out to the enclosed platform. The views at sunset were absolutely beautiful. We went on a Monday night and there weren’t too many people there.
Great views. Kids loved it. The area outside is great; a lot of insta worthy spots and we could see a lot of people/ groups coming specially to get pictures clicked and in the indoors there are a few arcade games while you wait to enter the elevator.
I had a Great Childhood! A lot of things I remembered aren't here anymore but the experience and thrill of theme parks and watching your favorite Cartoon Characters come to life is still here. We had a great time

P.S. Take your own pictures because they aren't great with giving you pictures from rides anymore.
Everything else was great!
We celebrated my youngest granddaughter's 3rd birthday there. She had a great time. The celebration room was a bit warm but they brought in fans to cool the room. The rest of the park was outstanding. Spent most of the time in the kid area

Ok we totally thought this was going to leave us feeling anxious since it's fairly high up in the sky. Honestly the second we stepped into the elevator we felt at ease. Yes you can see the city and feel the breeze of the high altitude, but it is one of the safest places of that kind I've been to. I never felt like I was too close to the edge nor did I ever feel any swaying. Such a cool experience, highly recommend.

If you’re thinking to yourself “What is a great way to throw away money?” then look no further! Prepare yourself for an uneventful time at Kiddie park, where all the rides are closed except the miniature ferris wheel. You ever see that episode of SpongeBob where Mr. Krabs opens up a trash theme park as a cash grab? Id rather go there

The park experience was incredible. The rides were really fun. We started out at Hurricane Harbor (the waterpark within Six Flags) just because it was a hot summer day so that we could cool off and then just a little after 6pm we made our way to the amusement park to ride the rides. Everything was awesome. I do recommend to get there early so that you can enjoy the rides and Waterpark before all the long lines. The wait times to ride the rides both at the waterpark and the amusement park were long so wear comfortable shoes and clothes. It was definitely a memorable experience and we will be coming back!
Had a blast last week. Very hot but many places to duck into to cool off. Lines were not long, rides were moving. Waterpark was packed, I recommend getting there early and renting a lounger. All around fun time and happy we got the season passes and looking forward to going back soon!
It was a pretty stunning site to see. Second tallest tower in the US. The grounds are beautiful with waterfalls running all around. Inside we did a 3d ride Wonder Woman. At was interesting for sure. Went up to the top where you could see for miles. So glad we did this.

Amazing place and must see in San-Antonio. It’s a must see attraction in Top 3. It has a great park surrounding that will make you feel like you came to a National Park. Great outdoor seating to nice water fountains to water falls overlooking the tower views gives a good vibrant of experience. Great amazing views of the city from the observation deck. You must come to visit here.
Awesome Experience!
Fun rides, good food, and short lines made this the best theme park experience for the whole family! Definitely get the souvenir cup with unlimited refills and try to visit during the week to have the shortest wait possible for rides!
A thrilling experience, and I loved it!!!! 😍

I went here with my family, and we drove from Kyle to San Antonio to experience the Six Flags! I was able to ride 5 rides and got the tickets for an unlimited ride. The wait for a ride can be from 5 minutes to literally an hour.

Lots of people, even though it's a weekday visit. Tickets cost us around 60$ per person which they say is expensive. I'd suggest to buy a ticket in advance.

Parking is paid, so don't be surprised. It's like 30$ ish parking fee.

Definitely a disappointment- went with my grandchildren early on a Sunday Morning - thinking it would not be busy - well it was not busy - but it was filthy- the maze and equipment is in bad need of repairs - and many things did not work- this park was an expensive disappointment! Wish I read the reviews prior to going.
Loved the place. Prebooking is advisable.
People who like adventurous rides can take tickets for multiple visits. We spent the whole day in there but couldn't experience all rides as the wait on weekends was huge. The wait was worth though. The only annoying part was when we wait for an hour and then when it's your turn the staff stops you to check the machine. We know that it was for our safety but it happened with us for multiple rides.
Except for that, the place and rides are very good. Must experience. ✌️

I remember the lock in"s we would go and break dance they had a wooden dance floor the son and daughter always being there with all of us
Beautiful facility compared to some of the other trampoline parks I've visited. We were here first thing in the morning and the Stagg was very attentive. We were greeted immediately she realized we were there for a party and guided us to the right spot.

Lots of different sections for games and free jump. My favorite part about the location wad there AirTots! A special section specifically for the baby and little ones!

Very accommodating for any party or event and centrally located off of San Pedro.
I really like this place. The equipment for the kids to play on is excellent. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday. $22 for 2 hours of play seems fair. There are tons of places for adults to sit, which is wonderful. There are even a few TVs with news and sports on. Water is $3 a bottle. The only thing that was strange was the absurd amount of signs in poor shape all over the place. If they were to fix that, it would really bring the place up. All the employees were on their phones behind desks, which I don't really care about or mind, but it does lower the level of professionalism of the place. Again, the only weird thing about this place is that there are signs with commands on them everywhere you turn your head.

Finding this gem:
I was dreading walking into another chuckee cheese for another childs birthday so I was relieved when I found this spot online... but there's 2 locations and I DEF 💯 RECOMMEND THIS ONE THE HUEBNER LOCATION! PS THEIR HOLIDAY DEAL BEATS THE GROUPON DEAL!!!
The service:
Marwan was professional and a cool kid in general he even guarded my man's priceless shoes😆. The manager Josiah or (joesph)was the 1st one to help me when I first came inside to purchase the promo they had going on. $100 for 10 visits! (10 people to enter in all the same day with that pass!.shhh that saves a few dollars too!) This Can ONLY be bought inside its not sold online or other location because it's like 25$ extra bucks off the original deal for 10 visits. He was cool about that tip because the other location (univeral) as I asked them questions over the phone, annnd I GUUESSS their phone was broken or something because all I heard was NO☠. So yeah it was a relief when the experience was different when I walked in person to the huebner location! He was sthe manager too. He helped me make a great purchase!
The gym:
It smelled hits you when you walk in but what place like this won't lol at least it wasn't that bad like somewhere places I been too! Its a pretty large trampoline (indoor) park with several different areas. There tons of fun jump zones, activity areas, sliding areas, foam pit areas, basketball zone, climbing, arcade games, a eating area OH and massage chairs and for 10$ you can relax you body for 30 min! The toddler area is super absorbable I think too and I don't even have a toddler lol! Oh and not to forget the rock climbing and also a toddler zone (esp. Reserved for 45" and under). There are plenty of supervisors that watch the kids as well and they spray lysol!!!. Overall it's a pretty cool clean and well kept place. I have 5 more visit on my holiday pass too! Def coming for put final 5 visits during this holiday break!! Wa ʿalaykumu s-salam!!!

Went inside with the little ones, found openings that should be blocked off and secured. A step cushion opened and the staples showing. Which what if the staple opens up and goes through a kids foot. Very unsafe… the strings are coming apart of the stepping thing. Trash found in area…. They forgot our pizza and had to wait a whole hour… the cashier just goes on her phone and ignore who is trying to order.. bad costumer service and hazardous

My granddaughter had fun. She is 3 so she definitely fit on the rides perfectly. The atmosphere was very disappointing. 95% of the employees were in a very bad mood. My granddaughter was being polite and say thank you after every ride. The employees would not respond. The ride were very old. Paint chpiping away.

Super cute kid size amusement park. Nestled in a cute area next to the zoo.

We purchased vouchers via Groupon for a great deal, the digital voucher codes were accepted without any issue. Wrist bands provided and into the park we went.

Even when purchasing tickets directly at the venue, you can definitely appreciate the price for unlimited rides. There is even a meal option.

Our 1 and 6 year olds enjoyed the adventures and rode many rides countless times.

Everyone we encountered were friendly and willing to interact and entertain the littles. Plenty of families there and even birthday parties we noticed, but it was not overcrowded which is a plus.

We will definitely return when visiting San Antonio area with the kids again!

My kids had a blast today. This old place still keeps lots of its magic for the little ones. It is interesting to ride 97 year old attractions.

At first sight the park is small, however, we spent three hours there and my kids did not want to leave. They were able to ride many times without having to stand in line. We enjoyed the shade around the attractions.

Also, all the staff were super friendly. We will visit it again!
Fun little adventure park. Older rides, but definitely 5 and under friendly. Bought the unlimited pass and the kids had fun for a couple of hours.
Only 1 ride out of order. But the rest were working perfectly fine
The staff is absolutely friendly. Good time killer.

Great place! I remember going there when I was a kid. I can't wait when it's all done. I'll be taking my kids there for bday parties
Upon entering we were charged a "Groupon tax" that no employee could explain. I use Groupon frequently and have never had this issue. We put our socks on and headed in.

This place is falling apart. It seems like most parents don't go into the kid area but they SHOULD. There was trash everywhere, broken items covered (inadequately) in caution tape, duct tape covering many broken areas and general filth. One rope climb looks like there were even attempted repairs by just tying the two broken pieces in a knot. Just wild! Kids don't notice these unsafe situations but my goodness...

My kids had fun in the functional areas and your staff overall was friendly, the young gentleman at the front especially. BUT things NEED to change here or a child is going to get seriously injured or sick. I was so glad I chose to follow my child closely.

I had a few dislikes and likes. It was a little hot inside there, but jumping of course was the reason for that. The place is over priced on everything. No water fountains but yet a bottle of water is $2.75! The staff was not that great or friendly except 3 of them. Pretty much the lady's were the ones who acted like they didn't care. My son wanted to climb the wall and was told to wait and after about 5 mins of waiting here asked again. This time the supervisor told him no. So of course I was upset paying so much money for my son‘s eighth birthday party and they told him no. So I asked to speak to the supervisor manager whoever and I thought he was going to be rude but surprisingly he was not. He was very nice and explained why It was closed. The staff that works in that little area were already off the clock. They were actually about to walk right out the door. The manager called my son over and ask the young gentleman right before my son got there if they were willing to stay off the clock and let my son climb the wall a few times. They agreed and had absolutely no problem doing it for my son and his sister. then I was told that today was one of the young gentlemans first day on the job. So what those two young man did for my son was totally worth everything. That showed me that they didn't care that they were not getting paid to stay longer but that my son was happy. So with that being said I truly appreciate what all three gentleman did that day for my son. Thank you for that. I would go there again if my son asked.
