This is a very cute place for little ones. Our 4 year old had a blast. There isn’t a lot of rides but there is enough for the price. We went during the $5 entry promo. They also had the splash pads on which helped tolerate the heat.

Shout out to Luis for all the help with the rides And excellent customer service and shout out to Christina for the good food. Yes, it's an excellent customer service. Everybody was very friendly except the 2 dudes at the train. I will tell you that they were too busy. Scrolling on Instagram rather than giving us a ride. But, Hey, next time works. We will be coming back for sure this place. It's definitely worth is definitely worth it. On Wednesdays they upgraded for sure.

Coming here brought back many memories. Thankfully I get to share them with my children now. The food is a little pricey. It's one of those places that we will go to a few times a year. The water play area is a great way to cool down on the summertime. It is well worth it for the fun amd the memories made.

Kids had fun. My family was enjoying themselves until an employee made fun of my autistic son and kind of killed our mood. Security found the manager and informed him of this. He did apologize on behalf of the employee! We left after the conversation.

Was pleased that the weather cooled off enough for my family to visit Playland on a weekday this summer. With the reduced-price specials on Wednesday and Thursday, our visit was well worth the cost. I have many happy memories of this park from my childhood, and am glad my kids too are getting to enjoy the Ladybug cars, the Dragon Coaster, and the Carousel.

I am quite sad that the old egg-cage Ferris Wheels has been replaced with a single newer, much more generic Ferris Wheel. Additionally, the paddle boats and the dock are unusable from obvious disrepair, which breaks my heart to see. But I'm hopeful that some of these original favorites are on the list to be repaired and re-installed.

Edit: Reading other reviews, many people complained about the "no outside food" policy. For what it's worth, I brought in visible water bottles and small snacks to no opposition. Staff did not enforce the rule the day I visited. Maybe that would have been different if I rolled up with an ice chest, but in my experience bringing in snacks was no problem.

Great staff and magical experience! We had such a great time at StoryLand this past weekend! Robin P was so helpful during our visit. She answered all of my questions, gave directions and was so nice! Great employees and such a fun park. Us adults had just as much fun as the kids! Thank you Robin and StoryLand for making our dreams come true! Absolute magical experience 💫❤️

My 7 year old loved Playland! I would say this park is for kids 8 and younger. All of the staff was exceptional. The rides were fun and some were very unique. I really appreciated their half price Wednesday deal. The machines were not working but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently got us in. We went after we did a visit to Storyland and the two parks really complement each other.

I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the silly no outside food policy. The park is geared for people with young children and everyone knows young children need lots of snacks! I assume Playland is hoping that people will buy their food but i actually think they are hurting themselves because families will leave the park in order to feed their children. The park offers a very limited menu of junk food and many family will not be able to find anything for their families to eat.

FYI: the train is $3 (3 tokens/tickets) for each passenger. The games are 5 tickets each. Don’t buy the extra 10 tokens when you check in because I got stuck with 4 extra tokens on my wristband. Once inside, you can add a ticket at a time using one of the kiosks.

We are rooting for you Playland! Thanks for an awesome day!

SO DANG CHARMING. I just loved it. I love how they persevere the charm of the past and are also working to update and make it more interactive. We loved the fairy gardens. The magic key was a very unique touch that we haven’t seen at other places. There were characters walking around the park which was so special. My 7 year old only spent an hour here but I think it was because she was anxious to get over to the rides at Playland haha. Definitely do both parks in the same day.

My sister had my nephew's 3rd bday party there on July 9. We all had a horrible experience with the staff. When we got there the tables or chairs were not set up. The lady that was "coordinating" the party had a horrible attitude. All she said about that was that she was having a bad day. We asked to talk to a manager. An older lady came and my sister tried to explain to her the situation she said she didn't want to hear it. I asked for a key to hear the stories she said your sister should have picked it up when she got there. I said how was she supposed to know? She replied, "I don't want to go there with you". She just wanted us out! We are a Hispanic family and I felt she was being very prejudiced against us. I have never felt that way before. It's supposed to be a fun safe place for families. We paid to have a private event for 3 hours and they were already being rude since the first minute. I don't think they want people to go there.

Great day at Fresno playland! We arrived at 10:30 a.m. the park has new hours. General admission tickets are $20 for children $10 for adults. General admission tickets allow you to ride most rides in the park and have access to the water play area. Children ages 3 to 8 would thoroughly enjoy this park! The park is not crowded we were there on a Saturday from 10 :30 until 12:30 and never had to wait for rides . In fact we rode many of the rides alone and multiple times ! The park is clean and the staff is welcoming. A shout out to Jeannie working in the canoe area on Saturday the 8th. She worked very hard to get my grandson the Blue Canoe! Food is not allowed in the park. They are semi-strict about this. Parking is a bear because of the zoo. But parking is free. At least it was for us the day we visited for some reason.

It's seen better days but the concept is solid and my daughter loved it. Would recommend. It's pretty cheap and won't take all day to get through.

This place is great for kids around ages 3 to 9. Older kids aren't too impressed as it's small houses and stories being read aloud. On some days characters will walk around and kids can take pics with them. Little red riding hood and Jack and Jill came out while we were there.
The price range is fair, $4 for kids up to age 10 and $6 for 11 and older. I do think all kids should be $4, honestly the older kids don't care for it but cost more, same for adults. Either way the price isn't bad. A season pass is $50, that gets 2 kids in and 2 adults, unlimited for a year.
They could use some remodeling, but overall it's cute and small kids love it. Watch out on those slides though they are old school metal slides and they go fast. I love the shaded areas and the patches of flowers, we saw a lot of butterflies, hummingbirds and dragon flies when we were there.

I know it's been a tough road for this little park and I'm happy to see them re-open. I wish them the best but I really don't think their current pricing is viable. Charging $25 admission for adults at a small kiddie park regardless of whether or not they plan to ride anything is unreasonable, not to mention the train ride is an up charge on top of the high admission. I wouldn't begrudge them asking for a small admission fee ($5 or less) but beyond that, only riders should be charged with the option for pay-per-ride available.

Took my daughter here and we had such a great time. She had fun running around playing and hearing the stories that she’s learned over the time. We only spent about an hour or an hour and a half there but we did enjoy it and played for a bit.

Took my girls here for the nostalgia, this place has been around since my father was a child and I loved it as a kid, it’s a fun little park for kids ages 1-5, not a whole lot to do but walk around and explore, some of the attractions were closed or under construction, but it’s something for the toddlers to do.
