Neat, friendly and very patient staff. Speaks well and very clear with instructions. I can Trust my kids with them!
Was impressed by how well it's been maintained over the years and the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was also present at each level. What would be helpful is to ensure kids do not cut queue and share space when inside so a bit more hands on staff who knows how to manage kids will be even better.
I could back here once in a while just to see the beauty of this place. Best experience to explore and see the wonders under the sea. The place are very organize and clean. Not so crowded on the weekday visit and the price is pricey but I can say its just right for maintaining the greatness of this place. A must visit and recommended for the oldies and young ones.
Really enjoyed this attraction! We are two adults who havent been to a theme park in a while so this was exciting for us. Lots of food places just outside of Universal Studios, the sets inside were fantastic as were the rides. Definitely felt more and more motion sick after a while. The Mummy ride basically took me out for a while. We had the express pass but that day we went it was quiet enough to not make it worth it (we still used it anyway and saved a little bit of time).

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS is a world in itself 😍😍 amazing rides and shows!! Lots of shopping centres and best place for adventure fun and games!! Very well maintained and equipped!! ❤️❤️ MUST VISIT! Don’t miss any rides as everything is unique and exciting! Only problem was long queues and express pass was sold out!
It was a bit pricey but it was a nice visit. Especially if you didn't go to an aquarium recently. There opportunities to learn. Also I felt a great feeling of relaxation in the large tank observation area. They have an opportunity for you to feel starfish. Includes gift shop at the end. Takes 1 to 2 hours depending how long you want to spend. The last tank with sharks is impressive.
So I could have managed without the express ticket but hard to buy time when you aren't around for very long. I could have managed without it, but it did come very useful. It is unfortunate that you actually cut the line. The areas are fantastic. Was really impressed with the indoor rides. The transformer lights camera action and the Egyptian ride. So there are options when it rains. There are 2 big roll coasters. And a few smaller but exciting rollercoasters. Overall a fantastic experience. But again it is pricey.
It was an amazing experience. There was lot of rides and the cyclone, Human , revenge of mummies, Jurassic-park rapid were most exciting. Need a full day for take part in all the rides.
It was lovely and was relaxing to sit there and enjoy the place. U will feel relaxed when visitng there. Be sure to book this place in advance and Go before the closing time.

The park is clean and spacious. Wish they could add more attractions. Restrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. (Book your ticket with Klook ahead of time to avoid long lines and for an extra 5%discount). I really enjoyed the Mummy and Transformers attractions.
Really good fun as a group but I wish they had more adult rides! Does get too busy and sometimes we would go as single riders.

We were there from 11am - 6pm and we got to try most of the attractions without an express pass but think if it was open it would be better and reduce the crowds.

Great experience but I wish they had more adult rides! The cyclon and human rides are definitely something you won't want to miss.
The Mummy and Transformers were also good.

It was terrific, even though we went on the weekend, we mostly chose single rider so we could get on the ride quicker almost by 1/3 the time. You save a lot of time and you can go on a lot more rides this way. The atmosphere was super, the staff were friendly and helpful and fair. The place was amazingly clean and such a great day
Awesome! I had so much fun. Buy tickets online in advance and you won't wait to enter. Some tips to make the best of your day: research what rides are and which ones you want to do, GO EARLY and during the week. Go early to the busiest rides (roller coasters, transformers). Download the app of the park to see the waiting times. I had a great time did all the rides, didn't wait any longer than 20min. Some rides they do offer single rider, great way to go fast.

Very nice aquarium with many species and I really liked their commitment about sustainability. But to be honest I prefer the Osaka aquarium

Brought my 16months old baby, and they need him to walk up the net stairs ALL BY HIMSELF!
even tho staffs were kind and ended up helping him up but I think the rule need to set a minimum age requirement. A baby CANNOT climb ALL THE WAY by himself. And they do not recommend you carrying your baby around.
There were many older kids bouncing/running their way around, and my baby just got bounce off due to the big movement. Imagine many people on ONE TRAMPOLINE. Even adult can’t stand stable.
However my other children had a blast, the staffs were very attentive and nice.

It's a great place to just sit and relax while watching the marine life go about their business. Extremely calming experience, especially in front of the massive viewing gallery
Quite interesting and unique experience, good for adults and kids, may be scary to begin with but it's pretty safe. Free of cost lockers available which are equipped with phone chargers. Some beverages are available to buy too.
Fun place, Usually oriented for kids but adults can enter to supervise their children. The place is scary but it is separated into 4 Levels with slides & ladders to move between each level.

Our son had so much fun there, for the entire one hour session, he kept moving up and down the levels. He particularly enjoys the level where there's two giant air balls to roll around with other friends or by himself.
The staff were also attentive, making sure that everyone was playing by the rules for safety. Bring socks & wear shoes to play.
They do sell socks at $3 & lend shoes for free.

Good place to chill out with kids from level 2 we can enter and play upto 4 levels ,we booked group of 13 kids total ,booked 8session ticket ,no replacement of ticket,in my group small boy didnt used ,not able to replace that ticket by them as per the rules ,so book accordingly your tickets .one important note don't wear loose shoes or slippers as it will gone missing on balls hard to find them later .socks and shoes or toe covered slippers are compulsory to wear by ourselves only .
An indoor playground spanning five levels of the mall. Adults are actually allowed to accompany their kid in. My niece enjoys it so much she went for two sessions. She made friends with an Indian boy and afterwards, with an Australian boy. The giant balls on level 4 look like planets suspended in space. The kids playing with them look like astronauts
Infants and Toddlers would enjoy this place as there are many variety of marine animals on display. Some the highlights include sharks, manta rays and dolphins. The place would do better if there have a larger petting area for children like other marine parks in Australia and USA. One can easily spend an hour or two here.
This place is insane! Be prepared to be mesmerized by the diversity of marine life but also the overall experience through the underwater tunnel, tubes and a cinema-like ‘screen’ (you’ll know what I mean when you’re there). Great place for families or even for a date ;)
You can sit in front of the huge marine biota observatory all day and you won't be bored. This park has the most diverse and well-preserved collection of marine life. The entrance is a tunnel through the shark tank. Amazing experience.
