I went to this store. They did not have my son's size for the style he wanted. They called another store in Shinjuku and reserved a pair. The male clerk and other employees went above and beyond to help us. Impressed with their service.

They take 3% of the 10% tax free as service fees.

Helpful staff and a great selection of Birkenstock options.

Although the clerk that I've encountered spoke a little bit of English, she was very kind, insightful, and explained the features of the product as best as she could. Overall a very good experience.
