(I'm fairly confident I did not misunderstand the product btw, since I never asked about smoking; thanks for trying to make it look like that with that response. Asking about the working temperature and even going out of my way to further simplify what I'm asking about seeing it needed - smoke at burning temp vs steam at vaporising temp - can be met with a simple, attitude free idk if not known. No harm no foul I'll research the technical details of the device myself then...which also couldn't be provided to me. Dw though the place down the street could do exactly that. Have a lovely weekend <3)

I ordered from Cana & the product I received (thcp) works amazingly.

Aswell as a great product they’re service was exceptional, they shipped my product within about 30 mins of me ordering and track shipping which was great , unfortunately ups damaged my package along the way and told me to inform my sender, upon doing so the company resent my order instantly & informed ups to allow me to keep both packages as a sorry for the inconvenience.

This was yesterday that I rang them and informed them my package was damaged and today I recieved both the damaged package & the resent one(all the way to Ireland from Amsterdam)The contents of the damage package were usable & I am very happy with how they handled the whole situation, will be a returning customer for sure!
