Very unhelpful customer service and unfriendly employees. I do not recommend this location.
This place is AWESOME! We had a 30-person event and everything was perfect and SO FUN! Jel was fantastic at walking our group through the steps for creating and caring for our plants. We were able to pre-order charcuterie and crudite boards and they had plenty of drink options. Staff was very knowledgeable about all the plant varieties they had and helped you understand what each type of plant needed in regard to care. I highly highly recommend this for any event - birthday party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, staff outing, or even just a drop-in visit!
My sisters and I bought tickets to the Succulents and Sangria workshop for my mom for her birthday. We had such a great time. All the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great environment with a great energy and really good music that played while we got to build our succulent terrariums. They had an awesome selection of alcoholic beverages and snacks for purchase during the workshop. My mom, sisters and I will absolutely be purchasing tickets for another workshop very soon. Highly recommended!!!!
Went to Lowe’s first and was put off by the bugs. We came to plant house and had an Amazing experience. Was provided with lots of help from the very knowledgeable sales associate, so excited about our finds:)
Had a nice session making flower hoops...took me a while to get how to string it but I got it eventually. When I was done there were very few flowers left, one of the girls went and got me some more so I could do my hoop. Enjoyed the company of like-minded women !
We had the best time ever building our own terrariums! They have lots of options for different terrariums, plants, and decorations. The prices were super reasonable for the number of plants and decorations you get!

So glad I found this place today! I never even realized there was a decent nursery in the city (without having to drive to Midlo, Short Pump, etc). They had a great selection of healthy plants and were very polite and friendly. I’ll be going back for sure!
So much fun !!! I enjoyed creating my own terrarium. Very simple process. The two associates that were there were very helpful in the completion of creating my terrarium. They also offer different workshops depending on what you would like to learn.

Everyone here seems to have such a bad attitude. Bad experience.
I enjoy buying plants here. I'm confident they sell nursery stock they know will do well in this area. Also, they fuss over my dog.
Stopped in this morning for a quick browse and was pleasantly surprised! They were very nice and had a great selection. I would definitely recommend this shop!
This place is great. Everyone is so helpful and polite. I work for a landscaping company and most of the time, nurseries are pretty rude to contractors. Not this place. I look forward to coming here every chance I get.

Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff helped us select several plants and offered alternatives which would perform well in the spot in which we intended to plant them. We filled up the truck and will be back for more soon.

Lots to choose from. Everything looked great. My only issues was they only 1 person working the register and it was very very busy in the garden center.

Cameron has been VERY helpful. I went to three other nurseries and could not find what I needed, then I discovered The Gardener Nursery. I need a large tree (ball and burlap size) of a very specific breed and it's a size they don't normally carry. Cameron just ordered THREE of them from the west coast so I'll be able to pick my favorite. I'm sure the others will sell quickly for them. Exceptional service so far. Above and beyond. This is my first experience with Gardener Nursery. It won't be my last. (Cameron, get a bigger sign by the road!) :)

I went to the Gardener Nursery this morning to purchase shrubs for a flower bed. I was so happy with the service, that I immediately came home and wrote this review! The gentleman that helped us was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I wanted or needed, and he took the time to show me options and give me ideas.
I have always shopped at Strange’s, but I will now be shopping at Gardener. Strange’s is great, but the quality of customer service, and the attention and help I received at Gardener was far superior. After purchasing several shrubs and a tree, they went over how to plant them, and made sure I understood the important steps needed to help my plants grow successfully.

They don't have a lot of stuff right now but they usually have a great selection and good prices.
Absolutely the best experience ever. I took my 10 year old son he said “mom this was a good day” I wasn’t sure how he would like it but he did! Staff was more than friendly and helpful. One of the employee accidentally spilled my sons Terrarium he felt so bad he ran over to the table with my son to help fix it as well as helped him pick out a cactus. His kindness did not go unnoticed. I wish I got his name. For the terrarium building there are so many different styles to pick from all reasonably priced. They have plenty of different rock and sand to decorate with as well as many examples to look at. Mimosas were offered which was an amazing bonus. The space is small but you are spread out to distance. Gloves are given to keep everything clean. There is usually a line outside but it’s more than worth it . We will be back!

I ordered my sister a jade plant for Mother's Day. I was extremely nervous not picking it out myself (I live in CO) but she sent me a picture and they did a wonderful job and delivered it exactly when they said they would. Would love to pop in next time I visit the family!
This Home Depot is pretty large. It has a great selection of items common in a big box hardware store. Throughout the year they use a section of their parking lot for season items (examples - Christmas trees in Nov/Dec and mulch, fertilizer, hardscape supplies, etc during the Spring). They have a large section for lumber and are quick to assist. On weekdays it seems they have more staff than customers. When they are crowded on weekends it may be find someone to help assist you. The floral/garden area (Nursery) has a tremendous seasonal selection. They have ample parking and the store is easy to get in and out of (and is easy to see from the main road - Broad street).
I love Greenhouse II! The flowers are always beautiful and the staff is gracious and helpful.
The wonderful staff at The Greenhouse II helped me with the flowers for my daughter's wedding reception. The arrangements were great fun to prepare and turned out beautiful!
