We can’t get enough of our Bassett furniture! After remodeling our first floor I was in need of a new couch and dining room furniture. Kim was amazing! She worked around my busy schedule to help me find the perfect pieces for our house. She has great taste, is very easy to work with, is kind and professional. I hardly ever leave reviews but she definitely earned it. Thank you for making this process easy; the hardest part was waiting for the furniture to arrive!

We started looking at living room furniture 9 months before making the purchase. Kim Gable, our sales person, was patient with the delay. As soon as we were ready, she came to our house to finalize measurements and the layout. We are so pleased with our new furniture!

Horrible furniture manufacturer, I contacted their cororate office and did not get a response for weeks. When I did finally get a response they told me it was the seller that would have to resolve my issue. I bought the furniture over a year ago but immediately had fabric issues. I got little balls all over the couch, called the seller (Furniture Fair) and was told this was normal and that I should shave the fabric. I have purchased plenty of furniture of the years and I have never had to shave fabric. I continued to complain and they eventually brought out new covers for the coushions and had someone come put them on and "shave the couch". It did not do much, the problem persisted even with the new covers. I again called Bassett and I was sent to their customer resolution department where I was told to leave a message (during business hours) I might add, but I never got a return call. I would stay away from Bassett furniture, their fabric is awful and the will not warranty it. I have spent $2,000 + dollars and I am stuck with awful furniture. The seller Furniture Fair and the Manufacturer, Bassett do not care about their customers. I will tell everyone I can using every vehicle there is to communicate about my experience. STAY AWAY from Bassett, they only want your money they have no interest in your satisfaction.

We loved working with Kim Gable at Bassett Louisville to update our entire living room with all new furniture, rug, lamps, etc., and we are so happy with our new furniture and how it all came together.   Kim was extremely easy to work with, always welcoming, went the extra mile to make recommendations, and her patience while we made decisions was unending!   Would highly recommend Bassett and particularly Kim Gable if you are looking for home furnishings for your home.

We recently purchased a new sectional and ottoman from Bassett, and are so pleased! Kim Gable helped us through the whole process, including coming to our home to help us pick out the right fabric and colors. The pieces arrived in a little over a month and delivery was smooth and easy. We have purchased several other items from Bassett over the years, and even with 3 boys and 2 dogs, it holds up so well!

Greeted at the door. Although she was helping another guest she contacted someone to help me. Because I had completed my research online the process was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and I loved that the staff referred to me as a quest.

I worked with Patrick Murphy. He greeted me when he saw me and let me roam around until I found what I was looking for instead of hovering over me; which I’m grateful for and would have given him a 6th star if it was available just for that. He helped me look for my bar stools and made sure they were in stock. (The first ones I wanted were not, so this was also a plus.) Before I bought my furniture, he highlighted the protection plan for me since I have a 5, almost 6 year old that might make the plan very necessary. I’m super excited about my purchase and can’t wait for the delivery. I chose a day I’d be at home versus the next day delivery option.

Had a great experience, was greeted as soon as I walked in. A lady, Lauren helped me. She was great and super nice! She did the whole process very smoothly and got what I wanted at a great price!

We recently furnished a new home needing furniture in each room. Our purchase consisted of lamps, rugs, bedroom sets and living room furniture. Lee F was a wonderful support with Bassett for us. She is kind, thoughtful, talented and passionate about helping the client. She supported us throughout the entire process. She worked with the delivery and it went flawless with an unbelievable delivery person, Julian. The furniture arrived pristine and set up perfectly. The furniture is excellent quality and works well with achieving a cohesive look. We love all the choices Lee helped us purchase and are so thankful we developed a working relationship with her in Louisville,KY. This was a great investment!

Fantastic selection of sectional sofas. Very helpful salesman Patrick, no pressure and very pleasant. Was able to find the perfect sofa with exact configuration and fabric. Excellent savings by paying cash and quick delivery available. Highly recommend this store for any of you home furnishings.

Loved the help I received. Walked in, was greeted by Shane, he answered my questions, showed me where to look and didn't hover over me. When I was ready, I found Shane, he placed my order, hooked me up with a better deal than expected and I was on my way in no time at all. We had a great experience at Bassett Furniture with Kim Gable. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, but not pushy at all. We worked with Kim on choosing and ordering a new sofa and chair. Over the course of a few days when we were making return trips trying to decide, she went above and beyond in listening and showing us many different possibilities. It really helped!!!

We LOVE Kim Gable! She goes way above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we are comfortable with our purchases. She is an excellent designer who listens to my ideas and turns them into reality. She is very nice, honest and not pushy. The staff at Bassett Louisville goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of and we appreciate that so very much. Most importantly, we are very happy with the finished product, not only the way it looks but comfort and quality. We are long term, repeat customers that will continue to shop at Bassett.

Excellent experience. Sales Staff helpful but not pushy. We bought a table and 4 chairs today. We previously bought 2 recliner couches about 2 years ago, one manual and one electronic, both are excellent couches and are used everyday. Recommend Shane as a salesperson!

It was an amazing experience with Patrick and his team! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Right before Christmas when it was critical for delivery dates! We purchased a sofa and two loveseats with two end tables and a coffee table. Patrick moved all the pieces together so we could see what it all looked like together and how it would align and fit as I am disabled so critical was support for my spine and other issues I have with all the bones in my body! It was his caring for his client and Ashley's ethics and pledge to take care of their customer's needs that sold us along with the beauty of the set we purchased! I would highly recommend anyone looking for new furniture to check them out as it was NOT JUST ABOUT MAKING A SALE, but it was about taking care of their customers needs! They showed that to be their priority and dare say that's rare today! Thank you Patrick and Ashley's for helping us in this difficult time in our life! More surgeries to come and you showed compassion and made sure we got things that will help in my healing with comfort and support for my spine!

Worst purchase ever. Bad quality, bad tech support and just got a replacement range and it has missing parts….so no quality control

Building 10 shipping people are not Good . They make driver to wait 20 -30 minutes without any work they talked each other. Not care driver.

GE use to be more customer friendly. Hard to find washer dryer pairs even though they are made in Louisville Kentucky. I went with LG !!

I work here! Its an ok place to work. But its not your grandparents G.E. they no longer have a pension plan. Its a revolving door.

Don’t buy GE!!! Just throw your money down the disposal unless you have a GE disposal, that wouldn’t work! If so just throw it in the trash!!👍🏻👍🏻
