What can you say, the busiest time of year and staff sept time explaining a product to me with no pressure.

It appears like this store is having clearance or closing down sales every day. Every day it is 80% off and even after 80% off, things are still expensive. I went there a few months ago and they had an almost empty shop, with a big sign saying closing down sale… I believed them and purchased a few items… only to walk by a few days later with a fully stocked shop…. Quite pathetic marketing to be honest .

I love shopping here. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. They have all things kitchen! By joining their free membership programme you are sent details of specials, member only specials and vouchers to spend. I've bought heavily reduced item due to their great special prices, which ring up even less than the special price being a member. Gotta be happy with that.

Great range of products, all at great prices, especially during sales. I was after Riedel wine glasses which I had been told were the very best & found exactly what I was after with the help of a very friendly sales assistant. Box was opened and every glass was closely checked for imperfections or damage and the sales person carried them to my car for me as I was recovering from recent surgery.

Don’t go there they got a funny policy if you got something and you return it after 5 minutes they won’t give your money back .they will give you credit to spend it in the shop!!!

Not interested in helping me because I was returning a faulty item. Wouldn’t even stop messing about with what ever she was doing on the computer to help me. Very rude staff member. Will not step in the store again.

Amazing selection Incredible staff Just amazing

Purchased a knife set as a once off manager special clearance for Reno. No other store would have this special further 30% off marked special price. Walk past today, 2 days later to find they have made it a further 40% off marked price. Spoke to the store staff they said I had to call customer services to find out what they could do. Customer services referred to go back to the store as they may give me a store credit. Spoke to the store they said it was the luck of the draw and unprepared to do anything for me. But we’re quick in making me believe that that was a once off deal. Be aware if they say it’s a once off deal.

Staff were incredibly rude to multiple customers. Ignoring requests and looking people up and down whilst gossiping amongst themselves. Reminded me of a poor man's Prue and Tru from Kath and Kim.

Bought item through click & collect. Apparently they don’t give you written notifications through email or text when your item is ready to collect. Got a call after a few weeks saying the item is been waiting to be collected for awhile, and asked to provide the exact date to pickup. Not the best customer service.

Worst customer service experience in a very long time. I went to the store earlier this month, there were three staff members standing behind the counter. 2 chatting to each other, one on his phone. None of them acknowledged me standing in front of them. I turned for a moment to look at something, they all vanished when I turned back. I went in search of someone to help and she rolled her eyes then tsk'd me when I asked a question, walked me over to where I could find what I was wanting and waved her arm broadly to a wall of kitchen utensils and said "here". Seriously, if you don't like working retail, don't do it! The guy was pleasant enough by the time I went to the counter to pay for it but the damage was done. I just wanted to be out of there.
