My go to for greenery and florals!

Employee working at change room was extremely sick and coughing all over the store as well as touching items and customers clothes they wanted to try on. She was wearing a mask but the coughing was excessive!! She was clearly sick and her managers needed to find coverage for her or send her home.

The employees here are super helpful and friendly. I also like how neat and organized the store was which makes it easier to shop around.

The staff here are always so great! I really enjoy shopping here. S/O to the management who hires people who care.

AVOID! The employees will literally see you at the cash desk ready to pay and still treat you like garbage. The store atmosphere already makes you feel like you’re at a cheap store, and then to make matters worse the employees are so unprofessional! If someone is dropping $500 on one item the least they could do is be professional and make sure the customer has an enjoyable experience. We went to the register to pay and the cashier girl (redhead) didn’t even attempt to get us a new piece and tried to sell us the floor model. We had to insist for a new one! Which we shouldn’t have to do when we’re spending so much money, the staff should already know to always give a new piece. She didn’t even want to check the back, but she did and when she came back, instead of attending to us first she was busy talking to her colleague about something that was totally not urgent. I was not even buying something that was on sale and I was notified there was no stock left. What a joke. Walked right out without buying, my hard earned money doesn’t deserve to be thrown at a store and brand like this. I rather take my business elsewhere where I’ll at least be respected as a customer. Management needs to do a 180° on their employees, my last few visits at this location have always been subpar.

I gave five stars for the great, friendly service. I was busying a few items for my teenage granddaughter and the girl who helped me knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with sizes.

Visited the store yesterday evening and the sales associates were incredibly rude.

My mom showed them a purse on the regular Kate Spade website (not outlet) and asked if they could honour the price on the site (for the same purse in store).

Sales associated insisted that the site we were looking at was outlet (it was not) and that the price we were looking at was USD (it was not).

Recommend additional training for associates to differentiate between the outlet and regular websites, and to better identify retail items from outlet items.

Also, one of the associates was communicating with another client in Polish, which was also uncomfortable.

Will not be visiting this location -- the associates at the Sherway location are much more professional.

Pretty nice Urban Outfitters. Some of the prices on the clothing here are extraordinarily high, but they have some cool stuff for a reasonable price here as well. Overall layout and design is nice and simple.

They aren’t clear if outlet bags can or cannot be returned will make you wait until manager responds not a fun place with less collection

UO has a good range of clothing brands lot of streetwear to vintage made items. However, the price is outraegous as most retail stores aren't affordableanymore and the sale ones I don't know why they even bother not real discounts. $40 for cargos $74 for joggers $28 for tshirts made in the thinnest material they are always overstocked I wonder why but the home goods are pretty decent.

We had a great experience today, the staff were very attentive and delivered a wonderful customer experience while purchasing a gift.

Great lunch. Had the club with the best assorted fruit bowl I've ever had.

I can't remember exactly what fruits were included, but there was about 8-10 different fruits, but what I do remember thinking was how fresh it was. Sandwich was great too.

One of the very few of my most favorite stores and I am there often!!!! Excellent products, great variety and very good quality! Always something new and unique! Staff and owners are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I love Kate Spade handbags and small cardholders. The Square One store is not an Outlet and the choices were limited. I had to return an item I got for Christmas. It was the Knott Pebbled Leather Crossbody bag. I have a flip phone, so this wasn't the ideal bag for this type of phone.

Amazing range of Lady's handbags. Each bag is in a class by itself. Kate Spade is one of the best handbag brands offering products that include state-of-the-art technology, creativity, and enduring sophistication. My Daughter bought the bag in the picture. This particular outlet needs a couple of committed personnel on the floor to guide the Customer in making a selection. No one came to greet us and enquire what we wanted. Since we were interested in the brand we bought the bag online. My Daughter is however, delighted with her purchase.

We ALWAYS stock up our store here. Take your time or you'll miss something!

What an amazing place. Gorgeous artificial flowers. Wedding and Home Decor GALORE!!! Showrooms are professionally designed using only products from the CMC Warehouse. Always fresh and inspiring. A must see. Staff are so courteous, helpful and creative. This is a special place to shop for home, events, weddings, something for everyone.

Amazing service. My girlfriend goes here to shop (window shop) all the time. The staff always remembers her and makes excellent recommendations. We wait for the sales which are very reasonable, and we are always happy with the purchases. We've been to Kate Spade in London (UK) and the stock and designs are the same, but much cheaper here in Canada. Would definitely recommend.

When I walked into the store, a staff greeted me. Other than that, I was free to look around the store. I cannot say it was amazing service but the greeting was there.

My family has been dealing with Tri W Imports for over 20 years. Recently I was brought to tears with the customer service and lack of accomidation this company provided me. I ordered a large amount of flowers for my wedding spending $$$$$ lots of money. The flowers were perfect and just beautiful I was happy and still happy with the product. My problem occured when I realized I had to many flowers. I was past the policy that was stipulated on the terms but I thought I would call and ask if they could help me as it was for my wedding and i didnt open the boxes they were in perfect condition. Ingrid one of the ladies indicated it was no problem they would refund me the difference in cash the way I paid but would charge me a 25% restocking fee, at this point I was so happy for the accomidation I said thank you so much it will be in a couple weeks, I work long days and my mother is out of the country. 1 week later my mom recieves a phone call from Debbie, asking when I was coming as they had someone interested and that instead of ordering the flowers for their new customer they would use mine, my mom said next week as I am out of the country. 1 week later (today) my mother in law went out of her way to Tri W Imports to do me a favor as I could not make it and she went to go get my refund. Inrgrid was rude and said no they will only give me a store credit, my mother in law called me and then I spoke to ingrid who treated me very rudly with a horrible attitude she then said that is fine I will reimburse you with the cash I just dont know if we have that amount on hand. I was thankful and the call ended. Not even 1 min later Debbie called me, telling me they will not accomidate me as it was my fault , and put the blame on me. They said I told them last week I would bring it back, and I didnt tell them I was returning both the orchids and cherrie blossams. The thing is I have all the calls on the recording and I will be filing a complaint because not only do they verbally tell me twice it is not there policy but they will work with me, but they put me down as a customer and made feel like I did something wrong. I called them to ask initially they said yes then they turned around and said no. ***I went on the website 10% restocking fee charge not 25% ****. I am extremely hurt and bothered by the attitude and actions of these business women. I would just be cautions and get everything in writing because I am not out over $700.00 because they told me it was my fault and called me a liar. I am sorry abou the bad review, like indicated my initial experience was fantastic accomidating but then it turned into a sour fruit, as this business step on me like a door mat.
