Ryan is awesome and gave us the best customer service. He went out of his way to make sure we had the right product and he knows the whole store by heart. Canadian tire legend.

Called in Saturday morning and booked to have four tires installed the following Wednesday morning, quoted the price for the tires and install, and book the appointment for 8 am.

I show up to see if I can drop off my car early on Tuesday evening, and was told they have no record of my appointment and are sold out of all tires that fit my vehicle. If there was some miscommunication or further information from me, I would have appreciated a quick call and heads up.

EDIT: after asking me to email them my phone number I did, they never called or responded lol

I have never been to a better Canadian Tire anywhere else across Canada. I almost swore them off entirely, but this store changed my mind. The staff are always helpful and friendly!

The auto shop has older guys at the phone, but kids are working the tools, who have no idea what they're doing. They overcharge and encourage you to do work that isn't necessary and are way overpriced for what they do.
They tried getting me to pay $1500 to replace the e brake pads, really ? They said I need to remove the axle to do it, lol. I had it done elsewhere for a few hundred, and they didn't need to remove the axle....
I think they need to hire some actual mechanics who know what they are doing.

Really good food had Lentil soup very delicious and cheese tea biscuit also great tasting recommend eating here.

These guys saved me $2200! I was hearing some squeaking from my brakes and went to a mechanic who told me the whole package needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $2200. I brought my car here to get a second opinion, and they told me the brakes were completely fine--they were squeaking due to moisture--and that there was zero need for any servicing. Can't express how grateful I am.

This was the only store that had the product I was looking for in stock. To my surprise when I arrive, the shelf is empty. Thankfully, I was able to track down an employee by the name of Robinson who went above and beyond. After checking his system, he didn’t hesitate to go in the back and grab the product I was looking for. Thanks Robinson, you rock!
