The discount section of this shop is a thief's paradise, and I've had it happen to me twice now! She tried to steal my phone and I caught her, then I kept an eye on her and she came threatening me with arrogance when she realised she couldn't steal anything! This shop needs to have better security!

Our universal adapters didn’t work very well. We easily found an extension cord and simple adapter here for our American standard electronics. It saved my day. The owner was friendly and helpful. We had a nice shopping experience.

Really rude member of staff. I don’t ever write reviews as I don’t like to complain but I came into the store looking at the sale and asked one female if she could please tell me where the Chang ring rooms were. She turned round to me with the most aggressive face and said hi how is your day, implying I had asked rudely where the changing rooms were in a rude way. She then pointed at the changing rooms and rolled her eyes at me. I was in so much shock didn’t even buy the top.
Such a cute and charming little shop. It's so beautifully curated with eye catching products. I paid this little shop a visit 3 times and each time I was welcomed by a lovely sales clerk. I ended up buying a beautiful pair of earrings and few other items that I'm obsessed with. Reasonably priced and great quality products.

Et une fois le produit acheté, on ne peut plus le ramener car mince on n'a pas vu le panneau pas de retour possible caché derrière la vendeuse en tout petit.

I placed an order online on the 7th of June. A completely incorrect product arrives 2 weeks later (it was a white table instead of black and double the size). Casa re-orders the items themselves and places the incorrect address on the delivery. It is now the 26th of July and I still do not have the item. No apology about messing up the address, even after I emailed to complain about the experience, nobody cared to respond. Officially my worst online order experience ever. I will not be back

Two months ago I was in Barcelona and bought two books from this store.
There was an offer, which said that the second book would be half priced but the cashier didn’t remember to put the discount. I payed but realized that is it the wrong price and told her immediately. She wanted to correct it and asked for my Card again, a colleague even came to help her cause she didn’t know how to do it. I thought I would be reimbursed, instead I was double charged. When I s my app that I wasn’t reimbursed but double charged I went back to the store to show one of the cashier, who had helped the other girl, that forgot to put the discount. She told me that I would be reimbursed for sure but it would take up to 3 days. She also told me, that in case I don’t get reimbursed I could ask in a German store to be reimbursed. It’s been over a month now and I’ve still not gotten my money back.
I’ve called numerous times, the number doesn’t go through and nobody ever picks up. I sent a dm on Instagram, no reply. I ended up calling a store here in Germany to ask for help. They fowarded my mail but nobody got back me. I contacted customer service to ask for help, they said they couldn’t help me and even refuse to provide an E-Mail or number from store. They said I should go back to store in Barcelona. I’ll gladly do that, if they pay my flight ticket.
I’m really tired of running after my money. I’m never buying at that store again, this is just beyond disrespectful. They give out false information, they are not reachable and incompetent as well.

Casa Batllori és una botiga fantàstica, venen peces de ceràmica artesana, fan encàrrecs i fins hi tot couen peces si necessites un forn i no el tens! L'atenció de l'Andreu i la Cris és immillorable i sempre que els he deixat alguna peça per coure me l'han tornat perfecta. Fa anys que sóc clienta i no conec cap lloc millor. 100% recomanat
Lamentablemente es un establecimiento que te discrimina para trabajar si no hablas catalán como requisito imprescindible, por lo que no recomiendo comprar en este establecimiento.
Si no hablas catalan no eche curriculom lo veo perfecto estando en Cataluña te atienden en todos los idiomas y son muy educad@s , merece la pena comprar y visitar. Estuve con un familiar alli.Estas navidades.

As opposed to most other "high end" stores, this store does not offer refunds in-store -- only exchanges. This is even though, by law, companies are supposed to refund purchases within a month, but if you wish to get money back, they obligate you to go to a government office to file paperwork to request your money back.

스페인 바르셀로나에서 사온것중 제일 유용하게 쓰는 그릇 전문점입니다.
라보케리아에서 걸어서 15분 정도 가면 갈수 있고 스페인 지역별 특성이 담긴 그릇들이 많고 프린팅이 아닌 핸드 페인팅이라 더 의미있는 것 같아요.
2층의 규모라서 한참을 둘러보고 머물다 양손 무겁게 나왔습니다.

Well curated merchandise. A good mix of French, Moroccan and Mediterranean things for the home. You will end up picking up something before leaving this charming store.

Good affordable prices/quality. I like the different plates and mugs. The collection is very nice. My only concern is the amount of dust sitting on all the plates, mugs, and some other items. It's clear that they are not cleaned/dusted on a regular basis. The ones on display look like they've been collecting dust for months. It's the same issue at another CASA store.

Negocio de capital familiar chino con todo tipo de. surtidos del hogar, organizado y variado, buenos precios, por lo general siempre consigues lo que buscas.
Espacio súper amplio donde se puede caminar y observar detenidamente, tiene cositas lindas, Decoración moderna, y otras tantas un poco caras. Entrar y mirar, me gusta más. 😉

Encara que sembla la típica botiga dels"xinos", a mi m'agrada especialment perquè la senyora és molt simpàtica i s'esforça a ajudar-te a trobar allò que et cal. També m'agrada comprar-li flors i plantes. M'explica com les haig de cuidar i sempre m'han donat bon resultat, i això que les té molt bé de preu.
