Moussa is absolutely fantastic, really enjoyed chatting and seeing a lot of his carpets, the experience was great! It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and both his shop and Riad are full of gems. Really friendly service and we didn't feel pressured at all! We will definitely shop there again if we ever return to Marrakesh!

After a busy day in the souks, we wondered into the carpet Centre and Moussa welcomed us into his rug boutique and treated us to mint tea and a brief family history of his business. His hospitality was very generous and we immediately felt at ease. We were hoping to find a rug in specific colours to take home and Moussa was happy to go through his extensive collection to try to find the right rug for us.
Unfortunately the only rug that we liked had some colour elements that we felt weren't right for us, however instead of accepting that the rug wasn't quite right, Moussa wanted to make it right for us, so he asked us what colours we wanted changing, accompanied us to the local wool seller and we picked a replacement colour for the one we weren't keen on. He then proceeded to arrange for the colours to be changed and offered to deliver the rug to our riad later in the evening. We were really happy with the end product and when we got the rug home our cat also gave it a seal of approval.
Thanks for the extra tour of the spice market Moussa, just be careful in your next boxing match, the dentist isn't the most fun place to visit!

Buying a rug is hard.. It has to be perfect, it has to fit your living room and it has to be the right price.
Moussa was very helpful and empathic. After being in 10 or 15 other places, he understood all our criteria and gave us the best rug we could ever imagine. :)

I was initially thrilled about purchasing rugs and had a satisfactory experience dealing with Mousa during the transaction in Marrakesh. However, I feel compelled to share some concerns for other buyers.

- The delivery of the rugs was over a month later than agreed upon. Despite daily assurances of delivery "tomorrow," I was inconvenienced by having to stay home for a delivery that never arrived.
- The odor emanating from the rugs is extremely unpleasant. Despite trying various treatments and airing them outdoors for a month, my house still smells like wet dogs. This odor was not noticeable in the shop. Mousa mentioned the option of returning them at my expense but offered no further assistance.

Given the multitude of alternatives available, I would recommend exploring other shops. Nonetheless, the rugs themselves are undeniably beautiful. <3

He gave us a lot of valuable information on Moroccan traditions, the way these rugs are made and how to maintain their beauty.

He has an extensive collection of gorgeous rugs and was very patient and kind in showing me all the different types, providing information on each variant. During this visit i had the pleasure of purchasing one of their beautiful rugs.

In addition to the quality and fair pricing, their customer service truly stood out. When I requested they hold the rug until my return from a tour, they kindly agreed to deliver it to my hotel on the last day of my trip.

Bought beautiful quality rugs last year at Moussa's for good prices, and he knows so much interesting to tell you about the manufacturing process and he takes all the time to help you. Definitely also visit his father's lovely shop across from Bidda Rugs with tableware, etc. :-) We are visiting the shop again this week!

I bought a Beni Ourain rug last month and am delighted with my purchase, it looks very beautiful, just as In the pictures.
We communicated by messages to see what was available in colors, sizes and patterns and after sending me several photos, I was able to make my choice and order.
The delivery was fast, despite carriers sometimes idling due to covid, I received my package at home in three weeks.
I highly recommend this store, the seller is very nice, available and attentive.
