Moderate to Advanced, bring your helmet. Krudco skateboard shop is right across the street from the parking, buy some pads and get gnar....
The place to break free.
Some users need to more careful. But other than that, this place is the best.
Dave is fantastic. My 6 year old was interested in skate boarding and Dave spent a lot of time going over the fundamentals and helping my little dude. Showing him how to get comfortable on the board, foot placement etc. Was extremely patient and also gave me tips and pointers on how I can help coach if my kiddo decides he wants to stick with it.

Just this year they painted a beautiful mural down at the skatepark. That mural has been spray painted over with names on it, they call it tagging. It's a shame that you can't have something nice and as beautiful as that painting that was up there desecrated by these people that want to deface things. A lot of work went into that mural and the people that painted it should be recognized for that work. The people that deface things like that should be forced to correct the problem by either cleaning off what they put on, or put them in jail. Oh wait we can't do that anymore either, we have bail reform. I'm saddened by what happened down there and that's the reason why I gave it only two stars.

Great free skatepark for everyone. Well built and maintained. I'd suggest parking on court street by Dinosaur BBQ and walking the path in.
Rad 20k square foot, constantly evolving, all wheels friendly park; Great for street, park, and jumping. Features a gnarly rhythm line, a deep bowl, multiple flyouts; one leading to a mini ramp with a spine, another to a raised street area, a large roll into a box resi with resi quarter, and more.
Very fun park for all skill levels! Rules were very well displayed for public viewers and new riders. The bowl was one of the most fun features to ride! The one downside of the park is that it was slippery possibly from dust and may require mopping.

Wow! What an amazing skate park in the heart of Rochester next to the river walk and beautiful cityscapes. Our grandchildren love waterfalls, so we started our treck at the Court Street bridge near Dinosaurs Barbeque so we could view the falls created by the Court St dam on the Genesee river.

As we walked on the river walk south we found the Roc City Skatepark. First of all, this is not your average rec center skatepark, it is large, steep and has various levels of difficulty. The side walls are so steep, deep and smooth that my grandkids decided to use it as slide park as no skaters were using it when we fist arrived. See photos.

Although I was kind of an early adopter of skate board fun back in the 60s, we had no skateparks, so I appreciate how the city of Rochester created such an well crafted park in the heart of the city.

If you skate board or just want a nice river walk with the entertainment of the talented and dedicated skate board athletes, check it out!

Great midsized park with street vert and bowl sections
Locals are friendly, more younger kids during the day, but come 6:30 or so the average age is probably 20 or so.

The cement is clean smooth and fresh, no cracks or crevices, and there are a few interesting features including the two level shamrock bowl, and the under the overpass 1/4 pipe
When I say we needed this... I mean it. Great layout... perfect for any ability.. everything is rideable for bikes, skateboarders, fruits booters, and even those annoying scooters. I must say... it was important the city got this park... so much youth out there shredding instead of messing in the streets.

What an awesome addition to the city of Rochester! A well-constructed skatepark with many different features for skaters, scooter users, and BMXers of all skill levels! People were friendly and mostly wearing masks!
Most amazing place I've seen this year!!!💜
Quite possibly the best indoor skatepark on the East Coast. Excellent, well-maintained facility for skateboarders, BMX riders and the pro scooter crowd. Great viewing platform for parents, nice and friendly staff, clean bathrooms and the music will not drive you out.
Your only option in Rochester for a real skatepark. Nice big bowl with lots of little hips and corners. A fun little"mini-mega" with resi landing. Pump track style section for bikes. Two mini ramps (very mini) and lots of street stuff. The park has a diy feel and the crash up derby factor is probably pretty high when the place is busy, but overall definitely worth checking out.
While it caters to kids, Dave appreciates his adult clientele as well. Great space and plenty of ramps to keep things interesting. Prices for parts and repairs are great.
