We moved to Matrix MSP about 3 years ago ant they have been great! They were able to support our email systems and were very proactive on our support. Our issues seemed to have disappeared and our users are actually happy to work without issues. We highly recommend using them. so far they have been the best support we have ever had and we have gone through many over the years.

Great experience! I called regarding a hard drive error on my laptop. They promptly picked it up from my house, assessed it and had an estimate to me in a couple of hours. Unfortunately the hard drive was toast (which I expected) but they replaced it with a new one and had it back to me the next day, all for a very good price. It now works better than ever.

The technician who came from Advnaced today was someone new but he was careful, knowledgeable, and solved the problem I needed to be solved. Advanced Computer 2000 has always been this way. They should change their name to Advanced Computer 2020, becuase they are ahead of their time. I have called on them for years and will continue doing so.

I pass by daily in front of their store but never bothered to go in. A couple days ago my computer would not start so i dropped it off the next morning on my way to work. The place is nice, the clerk was attentive and although he said it may take up to 2-3 days to get my computer back, I received a call from them the same afternoon just as I was getting ready to head home. They fixed my problem and the computer was ready to be picked up. Thank you for a job well done.

I love Advanced 2000. They are so much better and more caring than the other big stores that do not help you. Advanced 2000 truly helps you fix your computer, helps you pick the right product, and customizes to your needs. I can't ask for any better place than that.
