Love this course! Best range facility around. Extremely challenging course and well priced. We have a family membership for the first time here and love taking out family here. Daughter (11) uses this as her home course and recently qualified for regionals in DCP contest!

The tee boxes and all were being sanded as the round was going on is the only bad thing about this course. Very difficult track but had a great time playing it. Course itself was in great shape and greens were rolling true. Only 1 hole was rough on back 9 where Cart path ends. A lot of blind shots make it difficult to not hit in to someone (almost hit someone on par 3) never saw them til ball was in air headed towards them. Pro shop staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful when discussing the course and pace of play was awesome! Go play this course if you’re in town! Was there from Nashville and would compete for one of the better courses in the area here!

Great course with very friendly staff! The course is always in great shape and not packed so you can play at your pace. Nice updated golf carts with gps screen so you always know where you are at. Will definitely be back soon for another round!

Great course. Risk reward architecture. Tee to green it’s in good shape. Our group of 12 really enjoyed it. Pro Shop staff were friendly helpful & efficient. Practice area is top shelf. Highly recommend this course.

This place is such a vibe now. Track man range is covered and open late. Great for waiting out some rain and playing simulated courses for a driving range price. Way better than Top Golf. Course is nice and fun and very reasonably priced. Staff is very nice and accommodating and doesn’t act too good for the people playing like so many golf courses. Definitely will be back again and is a must play in the area. Hot dog is also gas, all beef.

As part of my reviews of golf courses across the upstate, Cobbs Glen is an average 3/5.

The good: Great layout and very easy to find a tee time.

The bad: Tee boxes need some work.

The ugly: Cart paths are in disrepair (or even just disappear) and the rates are uncompetitive with surrounding courses. Since it was up for sale, course conditions have gotten worse.

Closing remarks: In my opinion one of the better course layouts in the Upstate. If the new owners put some time and money into the course and offer more competitive rates it is worth your time.

Place has a great selection of beers and food. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I’m brand new to golf and they gave suggestions and more and felt they genuinely wanted to help. The course is great as well. Def will be back to use the driving range soon and hit a round again!

Absolutely a must play for this area. Classic golf course with some good insulation throughout. Greens were stellar - fairways were in good shape as well. Tee boxes were a little rough, but absolutely playable. Minor tweaks for experience purposes would be good (picking range balls off of 10 and 18 as closing duties) but had little to no impact of the experience. Great deal and will definitely return in the future. Ted at the clubhouse was great and provided some solid tips for playing the course.

So much fun for adults and families! We love the course and the driving range. We spend many hours on Friday nights! Staff is super friendly and accommodating!

Played the course for the first time today. Nice wide fairways made it a bit less intimidating but water in some strategic places made it plenty challenging. Greens in some spots need a bit of maintenance but overall are pretty good. The course was definitely better than me on this first trip but I look forward to seeing if I can improve on that record on a return visit.

Allowing 1 5some out to play is bad enough but there were 3 of them out there today. They were driving all over the course even when it said cart path only some were parking right up on the t-boxes.
Price was good but many of the greens are in deplorable condition with lots of dead spots and no grass. Cart paths are not in very good shape either. Recent storm and no one was picking up the debris left behind. This course could be much better

Great course. Great clubhouse. Great food. Great value.

I haven’t played here as much as I have other area courses but there’s really no good reason not to play here more.

The greens are in great shape. It’s December so it’s hard to tell but I think the fairways are in pretty good shape too.

The cart paths could use some work but that’s secondary to the course being in good shape.

The clubhouse is nice for a local course, and the food is great.

I look forward to coming back more often.

Cobbs Glen Country Club, located in Anderson, South Carolina, is a great course for a fair price. The fairways were well kept and the greens were perfect. This course has several challenging holes, including fourteen and fifteen. Some well placed water hazards make these some exciting holes. The clubhouse is nice, including a full service restaurant. Give them a go the next time you want to paly an exciting round!

THEY NEED A RANGER ON THE WEEKENDS, AND IM VERY CONFIDENT THAT IT WASNT MEMBERS PLAYING SO SLOW,BUT THE SLOW PLAY MADE ME MISERABLE AFTER 5 HOLES.THE GREENS ARENT BAD BUT THEY DONT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN COVERED THIS WINTER SO NOT AS FULLY DRESSED AS MOST COURSES N THE AREA ARE,WHICH MAKES THEM SLOWER.THEY ARE STILL CLEANING UP THE COURSE AND REPAVING THE CARTPATHS IN ORDER FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.THE FOOD IN THE SNACKBAR IS VERY GOOD AND GREAT VALUE. GOOD CARTS ARE A PLUS TOO.I PROBABLY WON'T BE BACK UNTIL THE GRASS IS IN GROWING SEASON. IM UPSET WITH THE SLOW PACE AND NO RANGER BUT OVERALL COURSE IS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE
