My dog developed fear after the previous groomer did something (I don’t know what) but Off the Leash has been wonderful and my puppy is always so excited to get in there!

Tahnee was awesome, full of information and advice as to what would work well with our new groodle. Competitively priced. So thrilled with Mello's 1st summer groom! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone is always so helpful, and always offer to look up my loyalty number so I can get the same flea treatment which I seem to be unable to remember after trying so many brands.

The staff member who assisted me was honest and friendly, and happy to help me find what I needed for our chew-happy mastiff-x. Will definitely be going back to the Melrose Park store in future.

Customer beware. If you are considering buying fish from this store , think twice. I recently bought 6 Guppies last week from this store thinking that l was purchasing healthy fish, when l asked if they were. But l was wrong , only after 6 days l have lost one . I have cycled my tank for the correct amount of time and l also checked the water parameters with the API master test kit and all the water parameters were perfect as indicated on the chart. So l know that it wasn't a fault on my behalf. This is not the first time that this has happened to me when buying fish from this store, I once again fell for their lies. I have given this store in the past several opportunities. I would highly recommend purchasing your fish from a proper aquarium store as l will be doing from now on , not petstock.

Got left by my Didi driver here after they messed up my booking and dove to betbarn 400 up the road ...very good range of products...the best actually was so intrigued by range of products my Didi left .lol

Our dog Baxter had his first groom with Off the leash today and the experience couldn't have been better. From the day I booked him in Tahnee has been so accommodating and flexible. I picked up Baxter up this afternoon and he was happy as Larry. He had a wash and a shave and looked and smelt amazing. Payment was a breeze with EFTPOS and the pricing was competitive. So glad we found such a good groomer close by, we'll definitely be booking Baxter in again. Thanks Tahnee!

I have received the highly professional services from off the leash pet grooming ADL multiple times now and I couldn’t recommend this service enough after my experiences. I have received great communication for bookings, affordable pricing and close attention to detail with my much loved pet Miniature Schnauzer. Our little fella has visited Off the leash couple of time snow, we feel really safe leaving Charlie ( our dog) with Tahnee, she is super friendly and you can tell she loves what she does, it makes a massive difference. Not to mentioned that here service is amazing and Charlie always comes ready for a fashion parade. Highly recommend it.

My dog’s had their first groom with Tahnee - they’re both 13 years old so going to a new groomer is a little daunting for them (and me)
Really pleased with everything (price, result, salon & friendly service) the dogs were instantly comfortable and wagging their tails and giving the licks of approval before going onto the table. Great booking system and EFTpos available!
No cages and very quiet grooming salon for them to have their clips.

Always had great service here. Easy parking but can be hard to get back onto South Road due to the traffic and people not letting you out.

Tahnee is so lovely. Very gentle & loving with my dog, he loves getting groomed now & he comes home looking better than he ever has. Definitely recommend her 10/10

So many cute animals! Plus great service. I got to pat a baby python, a cat, see some chickens and they offered to call up other stores to find me a kitten which was a success!
