I took Lola, my fluffy 17 month cat in to Pet Parlour for her first grooming and I am very happy with the results. They groomed her just as I had requested. Lola was more chilled than I was when I picked her up. I will definitely take Lola in again.
Just visited Pet Parlour for the first time with our Yorkshire Terrier and had a fantastic experience. The receptionist and groomer (so sorry for forgetting names! 🤦🏻♀️) were both tremendously friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We’ve been to previous groomers where things felt rushed but here they’re tremendously thorough and gave us exactly what we wanted. Prices are very reasonable and definitely worth it. Would strongly recommend!
Came here for the first time with both of our 35lbs Labradoodles and they did a great job of grooming them. They were very communicative during the process and in the end, we were happy with the results. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

I took our sweet lil' cat to get a lion cut to deal with some pretty gnarly mattes on his hips and the good folks at Pet Parlour were tremendously accommodating, communicative, and professional. It took two hours all in and our guy looks terrific; much more comfortable than he was before!

Heather and Orlando are amazing and they do an extraordinary work in my dog. Pomeranians are not easy to groom and I love what they can do with Tony. He turns out always better than I expected 😀

Been taking my 80lb Bernedoodle here for a full wash and grooms, and they always do a fantastic job. Most places I've been to keep the dog in a kennel all day and the staff aren't friendly. This place truly loves dogs, take pride in their craft, and it makes for a great customer experience. Highly recommend.

I purchasef a ladybug fabric harness for my pug on sale. It was cute and very suited for him. Nancy is really kind and helpful and helped me purchase a leather and turquoise collar for him before that looks and fits amazing on him. They sell everything, including essentials for him like baked cookies and cooling handkerchiefs. They sell great outfits too in all sizes.
Our baby Ollie loves this place, he is super happy on the way there knowing he is going to have a fun day; the staff at Pet Parlour is very loving and caring with all the puppies, we know them for almost two years and so far is been great. Thanks guys!!!

You can find everything you want in Barking babies! Nancy is super experienced with dogs and very helpful. Veronica is Vino’s groomer and makes Vino even more cute every time he goes there!
Had a great experience at Pet Parlour! Victor was so nice and really listened to what I wanted for my dog woody and also gave me realistic expectations of what wouldnt work best for him. Woody isn’t usually the greatest with groomers but Victor said he wasn’t too difficult or barky and woody seemed very happy after (he has been anxious after the groomer before). Price was also on par with others in the city and it was easy to book online and get in relatively quickly (within a week). Definitely would recommend and will be taking woody back :)
The online booking system was easy to use, however, everything else fell short. We asked if the groomers were experienced and educated in a classic "schnauzer cut", we communicated in person to keep the moustache and beard as-is, but he was fully trimmed when we picked him up, and what little was left of his moustache was asymmetrical. We were lucky he still had his eyebrows!

Best pet store and spaw for doggies! Nancy can help you to find everything you want for your dog and recommend different products and special food for your dog. Also, my dog loves the cookies 🍪 and he is so happy when he is in the store. You will love this store! ❤️
Super cute store and lovely experience. Staff was very helpful (both owner and another lady…maybe Grace? My apologies for not remembering). Anyhoo, they let us try on various slings and little dresses. Nice selection of sale items too. Thank you!
Been taking my 3 dogs here for a spam of 20 years when April had the business. It still remained my favorite spot even though I now live 30 min away. The ladies know my dog and he gets treated well . I never had an issue, cuts or fleas etc.. Even with a long waiting list they always find time to accommodate my pup. Maybe because he's small? Price has gone up , but so did everything else .
Always an excellent experience at Pets Beautiful! The owners are very nice and take special care of my very anxious dog. Prices are very fair for the service, would recommend.
Not too happy, left my dog for grooming, when I got back they they were only able to do bath, no nails, no ears, no brushing, they said my dog try to bite them..... they're groomers they deal with dogs all day, and I still got charged......
Staff are so friendly and do excellent work. My pup is always excited to go, they take such great care of her while she’s there and the cuts are flawless.
Michelle was great with our 3 month old puppy. He was very shaggy, he’s half shitzu half Maltese. She was very informative about how his trim would go, cutting his nails and the whole process. She was great at easing the worry of two new puppy parents. He looked so great after and was sooo happy! It couldn’t have gone any better! Thanks Michelle!
Very disappointing experience as it took me a few weeks to get into an appointment only to be turned away because my dog had some matting in their fur. They told me to go to a vet to get a shave which is not possible unless I get my dog sedated. I have never experienced this at any other grooming place before. I have had to scramble to find a groomer in a few weeks. Meanwhile, my poor dog is feeling very hot and uncomfortable.
Terry the groomer is amazing. I been going to see her for 7 years. She’s consistently polite, prompt and efficient in her services. Her price is also incredibly reasonable for what she does and she doesn’t have stupid rules around booking/wait times and she doesn’t charge crazy premium for your pet grooming. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this little gem.
My mom took her dog to get groomed at this place and her dog had a bleeding nail, burn on her belly and butchered hair job as the photos show. The ladies attitude when my mom complained was very arrogant. She did reimburse my mom.. but wasnt happy about it and made the comment "oh well if that makes you feel better ill reimburse you"... i get things can happen during a dogs time at a groomers.. but at least let your client know what has happened and show some compassion for the animal.
One of the few groomers in the West side of Vancouver that was taking new clients. They did our 5 month old puppy and gave him a great cut. He seemed calm when we picked him up. Would recommend.

They have many fancy clothes and items for dogs but it can use for cats too. They allow us to try on the clothes. Highly recommend for shopping for your pet!
We love ball & biscuit! Our dog loooooves Carrie and her team and always comes out smelling so good and with the best shaped bum (he’s a corgi)! They are super gentle with the dogs and really care for them. Consistently amazing services. Best groomer in the city. Highly recommend!
A couple before and after pictures. Had a wonderful experience there with brining on my pup for a full grooming service. The price I think is very reasonable ( I am a student on a student budget). I can't remember the lady's name who helped me when I arrived and who groomer Mia, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did amazing job on the haircut will definitely be taking my pup back the next time she needs it. Just can't say enough good things about Ball and Biscuit Grooming. Great place highly highly recommend.
We started going to Pets Beautiful in 2008. We had tried many places, but this is the only place we trust with our pup. He comes home happy and the cuts are consistent every-time.
