I have a great time with cats. The ambience is also very comfy and clean . I can relax for about 1 hour, hang out with cats and pet them !
Most of the cats are sleeping.

One of the best grooming places in jb. My puppy loves it here. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
Sick dogs were confined in extremely small spaces. One had a full rash all over his entire body (how neglected do they have to be to get to that stage).
Cats had coarse fur (likely bad nutrition) and uncleaned tear stains that look overdue for cleaning for days. Please do not get so many of them if you can't take care of them properly.
Also, I have been receiving spam WhatsApp messages from Malaysia numbers ever since I visited and gave my "consent" over an online form.

Have sent my dog here regularly for grooming and safe to say, they are very experienced. My dog is not easy to handle and tends to snap. While other groomers has turned my dog away, Paws really know how to deal with dogs. Their prices are slightly higher but for their expertise, I don't mind.
Being a good groomer is one thing, being able to handle difficult pets is another.
Regardless, they found a solution for my family and I could not be happier.

I will not visit again. Cages only big enough to put in the animals they have no space to move in the cages. Please do not support as animals here seemed to look abused and not taken care of properly
The worst ever pet shop I have been visited so far, staff is not polite and not willing to serve properly, the pattern is like you want then purchase don't want then the door is there that kind. Renovation so grand but no use, at lease for me I won't visit or bring my pet here anymore.

PLS HELP TO REPORT TO DVS ! The shop owners just treat the pets as breeders and money-making machine. All of the pets are kept in small cage 24 hours which they barely able to move. One of the dogs was too depressed being kept in cage all day,and hurt himself to the point of bleeding everywhere in the cage.( The dog even bites off his own tail).
Despite posted on FB and XHS, the director still keep silent and hides like a coward. No response or any conditions of the dogs being updated.

Good place to get your pets groomed. The only thing is that they don’t do cats grooming. Place is clean. They even have items for sale like pet food & pet stuff.
Went there to find accesories for my dog. Very limited option. That location is also with strange smell, not pleassant.
The staff were super amazing! They helped us to get good pics with the dogs and attended to all our queries! The dogs were very affectionate and would definitely recommend anyone to go!
Bought dog food for my dog. Taste of the wild Pacific Stream. Much lower price than Singapore.
Best groomer in JB in my opinion. Not many groomers know how to cut Yorkshire terriers fur but they do it so well here. Also very good communication in WhatsApp 👌🏻
Nice place for dog swimming, my dogs enjoy it..safety jacket provided, no time limit, price about 80-90 include bathing for my small size poodle.

Urgently needs a medicated bath for my cat. And i found this awesome pet salon nearby. Ambience and staff is so nice. Service charge also reasonable. Gotta repeat their service again.

Got our pure breed golden retriever puppy here! The owner and staffs are really professional and experienced, especially William! He attended and answered all of our questions thoughtfully and insightfully when we were getting our dog here. They even have a huge swimming pool for dogs, it's like a dog paradise. 😮
Sold a puppy with a genetic problem and owner said there was no such thing as the perfect dog?! It may look clean at the shop but still, better check puppy properly for fleas & ticks, ear infection and kennel cough before bringing home. Owner should just breed what he is good at.
Wonderful service!! Very patient and very professional people at P.A.W.S. Our dog Sheena looked so beautiful after their grooming. They were able to adapt to her temperament and do a great job! Definitely we will be coming back again.

Clean pet shop and grooming centre. Good place to shop for a dog. Specializes in bulldogs. The owner William Tong is an experienced and friendly dog trainer. You will enjoy talking to him. Reviewer even bought a pomeranian from there. Highy recommended.
Went here today with my two sons for our first pet dog sourcing due to good rating and review. But really disappointed with the staff attitude. They really need a customer service training. They don't even bother to come and approach you. When request information from one of lady staff, she answered like I am a collecting a debt from her. I left less than 3 minutes inside the shop after I see disappointment look from my sons. Worse customer service I seen.
Patient, caring, and experienced groomers! My dogs are usually very calm and happy in Sally's and Wind's hands. After the hair cut, my dog's fur looks so much better and presentable. Price wise is also affordable. Sells pet treats and toys also.
