My first time using Dogwood in New-Haw and the most fantastic experience. Mirabella and Grace worked an absolute miracle, it’s by far the best groom that my Cavapoo has ever had. Their customer service was also exceptional. Would highly recommend ✨
I had my dog groomed here the other week with Mirabella. It was my dog’s first time at the groomer and she was a little shy, but Mirabella was so patient and attentive with my dog I couldn’t believe how quickly she relaxed! She gave us exactly what we asked for and I couldn’t be happier, will definitely be returning.
This was Monty's first groom at Dogwood Grooming Addlestone and I couldn't be happier.

Rocket, my bedlington terrier, has been groomed by dogwood addlestone since he was a puppy and the results for our customised standard bedlington cut is always beautiful! He is a bit nervous but the lovely groomers he has had (chloe, phoebe and most recently mirabelle and grace :)) have always made him feel much better with their comfort and kindness.
Excellent with our fearful rescue dog who was due for a nail trim. Very patient and gentle with her, while also being efficient which was just what we needed. She also appreciated the company of the lovely poodle who gave her a bit of a confidence boost.
Our mini poodle Ozzy had his second puppy groom with Mirabella today and he looks great, his coat was getting quite long and she has trimmed his wild locks and he now looks very handsome. Mirabella also helped answer some of our queries with her professionalism and knowledge, great job thank you.

My dog loves the stuffed hooves from here and the dried fish and other nutrament products. The staff are always lovely and Poppy recently had a groom which was very well done and great value. Highly recommend this place.
Beautiful independent shop with wonderful staff and fantastic treats and toys for my dog. Very reasonably priced and my go to place for new toys. Also there is a super poodle in there who I just adore having a cuddle with 😊
