I was looking for a pair of shoes to bring home to my father on my vacation. The staff were very patient and helpful. I was aiming for a slip-on style and they showed me different ones to choose from. In the end, there was no available size in what I wanted to get. A staff offered to check their system and arranged to have it delivered to my home in the upcoming days. I received it in three days and was really happy that it fit my father perfectly.

The staff is exceptionally cooperative and has knowledge about their products. I had to happen visit fews days back regarding a complain, which was resolved keeping in view the best compensation treatment and without any unpleasant feelings. I really appreciate the service they are delivering.👍

I have ordered and paid for 03 items online. They advertised it online that they can deliver the items with 90 minutes, the items arrived about 6 hours later. When I opened the package, one item was missing. They DO NOT have the courtesy to inform the customer, I have to call them to find out that 1 item was on hold due size not available. I was told by the customer service staff over the phone that I will receive an email within 48 hours about the missing item. 6 days later, still no one borders to reply.
Ordered three pairs today(great discounts) and they arrived in a few hours.

But the real reason for writing this review is to highlight fantastic packaging from level shoes itself.
I went for the fancy option, I know it's not sustainable. However I was blown away by the quality of the bags, boxes, and paper inside the box with the little sticker logo.
Very very well done. You made my three pairs look even more exclusive than I thought they would be. (They are!!!)

I had a great experience with them and still having it ordered 3 times and I will still using it also I used the return and refund option.
They were very fast to deliver my orders even if the 90 minutes is not working the next day they will bring it upon the time chosen. Customer care we’re very helpful also in helping me refunding my payment

They have a big discount recently and took the chance. They are the only store which have the model of the sneakers I am looking for and the sale was worth the wait. The staff( unfortunately i didn’t get his name!) was very helpful and friendly despite the sale chaos.
