Maliesha sindledecker who works in Marietta, is rude and does not do her duties cause she is on her phone the whole time ,very disrespectful, she should not be in home health and I heard she was under investigation in West Virginia for adult neglect,

I love Oconee Area Home Care ! I been there for years. The staff is wonderful ladies. If there is anything I need I can call them. They always work around my work schedule if I need to be off. I communicate with them so that everyone is in the loop of whats going on with our clients. I just love my job and thanks Oconee I have learn skills that helps me help others 😊.

Our family has contracted caregivers with this agency for several years. The director and staff have always been super professional and willing to help at any time! The caregivers themselves have gone above and beyond to communicate and build relationships with our family member. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their services!

Cambridge home health care is the worst health care that I have ever had all they do is lie

Not dependable or trustworthy. We had carers show up under the influence, not provide proper care, leave during their shift, or no call no show countless times.

I have been employed by OAHC for over 5 years and have enjoyed working for the company, they are very professional and nice to work for, if you need to be off, they are very accommodating. Shanda, Tammy, Rebecca, Paula and Joann are very nice, especially Debra the owner, last year when I had surgery they checked on me and I was able to go back to work, they accommodated me and they have a difficult job of scheduling the times to accommodate there clients. I gave them 5 stars but they should have 10 stars. Shanda is the nicest person to work with and a Christian that displays integrity everyday. As you have clients that pass away , they will do there best to get you another client.
I love working for Oconee and will continue to work for them because you can’t work for a better company.

The lack of respect I receive while attending an interview/orientation was appalling to me. I didn't feel welcomed to the company I was looking for a caregiving position I was given two clients was told nothing about them or basic information about them. I wouldve loved to work for the company if Shana was respectful and talked to me in a decent manner.

Can't say enough good things about this company! The staff that was sent in to care for my ex-wife was exceptional and it made the transition for my ex-wife an easy one. Every one was kind, honest and you could tell the caregivers truly cared about their job. The office staff was very forthcoming and let us know of any changes in staff if one of the aides were out. If you choose to keep your family in their home and need services to help do so I would highly recommend this agency. They've truly been a blessing.

Let's aides steal from you and owner ask and she took it to her daughter's because I was giving it away I used my instant pot daily.

Worst Nursing Healthcare Company I've ever had. I will not go into details but they put me through hell this past December and January. Don't even bother trying to have consistency or just plain empathy .

They are supposed to be coming M-F for my disabled vet father in law. Instead we end up doing their job with no call no shows once to twice a week sometimes. My husband is missing out on hours at work because he's been doing their job so much, he cannot reliably work in the midday. They are supposed to send us weekly schedules ahead of time. They've done this once despite complaints. We've taken to calling them near every day just to find out if someone is coming so we can schedule our day and work around them. We're now keeping a journal of when they're calling off and times shown. (It's been three times in just a week now). If you have to deal with them, document everything. If you have a choice, try someone else.

They sit everything up last week for this week.Two times no show.One finally came sit in her car for awhile and left.I waited got no calls as to why and finally talked to someone that said she had to leave.So I said are you sending anyone....they said no that's it.So go somewhere else!!!

They started coming to my house last summer and I will say that having them has been the best medical decision I've ever made. The nurses go way out of their way to help me . All three are always available and show great caring and professionalism. I highly recommend Cambridge.
