I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sapphire Support and the incredible care they provide. My family member has been living here for some time now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. She absolutely loves it! The supportive living environment is fantastic — not only is it a safe and comfortable place, but the staff truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home.

The staff members are exceptionally kind, compassionate, and always willing to help. Whether it's addressing her personal needs or simply sharing a friendly conversation, their genuine care shines through. We feel so fortunate to have found such a nurturing and supportive community for her. Knowing she is surrounded by such loving and attentive people gives us immense peace of mind. Please do not let a loved one go to this place they let people sit in there room drinking and smoking weed if the soil themselves they don't wash them they chuck them out my brother wasn't looked after at all he was very under weight and has now been in hospital for a month he won't be going back there thank god

Did my level2 last year and returned to complete my level3 in health and social care. Wow, what a fantastic transformation.

Can't comment on anything else but the staff look after my uncle really well and he's happy. Nice clean and well kept rooms and kitchen too.

Since Sapphire has been taken over by new management the service has improved massively. Making the residents feel valued and like part of the Sapphire family. Providing person-centered care and one-on-one support which shows a genuine commitment to meeting individual needs. And involving them in coffee mornings and lunches with staff is such a lovely way to foster a sense of community and connection. I feel my relative really enjoys the company and loves the vibe!

This place has completely been revamped with helpful owners and residents. They're taking on private packages so I suggest paying them a visit to see for yourself

Totally agree with other comment. Be wary of them. Absol cowboys and very unprofessional to say the least. Can’t answer basic phone calls about relatives in care
