On the 3rd floor, when you walk to the right, to the first or second window. There's a extremely rude, self-centered, standoffish light skin girl with a blonde weave. She will make your experience there bad with her bad attitude. She always has a attitude. I'm guessing her life isn't going so well

Hey family, mom had to go here for a check on her blood pressure. Everything went well and took hardly no time and the nurses were patient and efficient
Our only concern was the lack of wheelchairs for the elderly people to use

I had to come and get a refund on my medication, and I walked in, and the young man Aries was sitting sideways on his phone. I could barely hear him no greeting me or never turned to look at the computer for my info, and then he gave a bad vibe and attitude like I was the clock that was taking too long for him to get off. My God, I'm a nurse myself; where is the compassion and respect they want to be at work? It's not just teenagers. It's just people that are angry. God woke them up, and they got an excellent job with good benefits. I hope I don't have to encounter another Aries here again. Thank you to the pharmacist that did help. That's where the 3 stars come from Humbly!!.

I've seen good doctors here BUT the billing practices are shameful. They will double charge you for the same service-- the provider will charge you and then you will incur facility charges from MetroHealth. Think of the providers in this complex as renters and imagine that every time you visit their office, you pay them for their services and then you also need to pay their landlord (MetroHealth), often more than you paid the actual doctor. Routine preventative care will be billed as an outpatient procedure. Even with comprehensive insurance, you will pay hundreds of additional dollars out of pocket simply for being seated in room. If you wouldn't go to an actual hospital for the care you're seeking (ex. surgery, NOT routine preventative care) I'd seek care elsewhere.

I love Metro but this expresscare needs a lot of changes. Been there twice. First time I had torn my meniscus, they saw me and sent me to get X-rays on the third floor, the whole staff then watched me jump on 1 foot out of the room, to the end of the hall, and into the elevator and they told me the wrong room. Second time I went to get a strep test and I thought while I was going get an STD test because I know it’s common for ppl to get tested even with no suspicion. They told me they don’t test unless you have symptoms... I’ve never been tested before but I know that’s not true. After talking to them for a bit they said they would do a urine sample. I’m not sure why there was an issue.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff and medical personnel. This was my first time at this Urgent Care facility. I will certainly come back as needed. I am thankful that they are near my home.

Stay away from this clinic! Sometime this year their billing system changed and starts a storm of nightmares for me. A simple office visit, which is usually cover by insurance with a $35 copayment, cost me over $150! No procedures, just talking to a doctor. They charged a facility fee in addition to the doctors bill and the facility fee is often not covered by insurance. Their billing system is messed up.
