I believe they are stealing the people's money my step brother hasn't gotten his money in 2 months they are taking advantage of the sick

This place has changed. I could never get anyone on the phone. I’m told I will get a phone call back and never do. I have my loved one there and it is disappointing that since management change there has been a change in quality of care. Every building has staffing issues but when your loved one is left in the same clothes for multiple days it is really concerning and disheartening. Whenever my loved one it is sent out, I am never called or notified. Is this some kind of sick joke?

I was trying to wait to leave a review but I can't any longer. This is a halfway home, it's an in case of emergency last resort place to put someone. Except for when you want to remove your loved one from there to another better location they don't acknowledge your calls at all. No call backs, nothing. Just constantly being told "it's being taken care of" for a month until you NEED paper work and then it's absolute silence from them. Even lawyers know it's a disaster. My loved ones phone was stolen there and they have nothing to say or any solution about it. Had I had any better options or time to get things together I would have not put my loved one there at all. But I was tricked into thinking it was a good place. Don't let them trick you.
