The staff were all very nice and the place seemed clean and well run. However, the scheduler had me arrive at 6:00 a.m. for an 11:30 a.m. procedure. To wake up at 5:00 a.m. only to wait for over 5 hours, hooked up to an IV, freezing cold, caffeine withdrawl headache, hungry, thirsty, and uncomfortable was inexcusable. I was the second surgery scheduled with the doctor, the first being a three hour surgery, so there is no reason I needed to be there so early. And no one told me that I’d have to wait so long. Finally after waiting almost 4 hours an anesthesiologist explained why I was waiting so unbearably long. This really jaded my experience. Oh and the fist attempt at inserting the IV left me bruised, bleeding and in pain. They totally missed the vein.

I had a surgery today at this location and I really loved the care provided. This location inside looks like a mini hospital and it made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. The nurses were really nice and kind and explained everything to me, specifically the nurse that assisted me in the recovery process. She was extremely supportive and patient with me. I would definitely recommend this place.

Guys I really need help in filing a lawsuit against this company. These people are thieves. I paid 4500 dollars for a bbl. I booked with the doctors approval signed my contract with them KNOWING I had a transplant. Was told by several ppl before I booked that the doctor thinks I’m a good candidate. My surgery was booked for 11/28/2023. These ppl came to me today to say I am not eligible because the doctor said I had a transplant. Wait what? My labs are good I have two doctors approving me for surgery and they told me I signed a contract stating that I am not owed a refund because it’s not 15 days before surgery and I was denied prior to the date. Then they said the person that booked me was fired who knows when and I shouldn’t have been booked. Well that means all the contracts signed was signed under false pretenses. They are trying to say that I can have it done in a hospital for 3500 dollars more and not on the date I signed up for and I declined and now they are trying to keep all of my money I worked for and took 6 months to save up for and pay them. This has to be criminal I need to know the next steps in filing a lawsuit against them and the for more than what they are trying to keep.

I wish I wasn't nervous so I could remember the names of the entire medical team. To say that it was my best experience during a procedure is an understatement, the exact word is exceptional. The love, professionalism, empathy, trust that everyone showed equally. Nurses, Anesthetist, and My dear Doctor Gary Goykhman. I would recommend this institution 100%. The entire team from the moment you registered went above and beyond in patient care, with so much professionalism and love

I just had shoulder surgery n everyone was was exceptionally professional, compassionate n caring. They made me calm when I was nervous. I have white coat syndrome. Even after surgery they helped me get dress n got me safely to my driver so I could go home.. very happy with my dr n everyone that helped me during n after procedure..

THERE ARE DOCTORS WORKING IN THIS CLINIC THAT DO NOT HAVE PRIVILEGES IN HOSPITALS NEAR THE CLINIC OR EVEN IN FLORIDA INCASE OF EMERGENCIES! HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF COURSE THIS IS UNSAFE AND THEYRE REFUSING TO RETURN MY MONEY IGNORE MY CALLS EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES ! And yes they won’t return not just the deposit but the full amount I payed. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC YOU COULD BE SIGNING YOUR DEATH !

I loved my surgeon and the staff were all nice. However, it was disorganized and I waited for 3 hours before being called back. I talked to multiple people involved in my operation and multiple nurses about my allergies to adhesive and steri strips, and was conpletely ignored. One conversation with the anesthesiologist and PA, and they assured me that they would take all the measures necessary. They did not.
